Amazing experience! Incredible customer service! They were super helpful, but not pushy. Looking for a 10 foot round. They helped us find a beautiful, hand knotted rug. They had already called to ensure the supplier had it in stock in New York.

Not a huge selection for our needs. There were two Persian rugs that were unbelievable beautiful. I didn’t even ask how much they were , because they didn’t fit…haha…our floor or our pocketbook

A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I were out rug-shopping, and we just happened to drive past the RugStudio. Neither of us had heard of it, but there it was, so we made a u-turn and went inside. The customer service was excellent. The rug we brought home was too small, but we were able to exchange it for a rug that is the right size, and it's beautiful.

I have bought several rugs from here, and will never shop anywhere else for rugs. I can not speak for the internet buying experience. However, in-store, Fuad is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, and his staff is just as great.
A few years ago I was shopping for a rug, and was unsure based on one I saw on-line. They had one in the store, and delivered it along with 2 others that were similar. I chose one, and they came and picked up the other two! UNREAL!!
I have since bought several rugs, and the experiences were all as awesome. The rug in my dining room was delivered, they moved the furniture and placed it, then moved the furniture back. Service beyond, and not to mention, the price was the best I could find to boot!

I needed rugs for our new home so I looked on line and found this establishment. I called them and asked information about a couple of rugs. They were extremely helpful and were prompt to call me back with any information I had requested. Their customer service is amazing! We just purchased our fourth rug and we couldn’t be any more pleased.

Needed a rug pad cut. They did it while I waited and a beautiful selection of rugs.

Buyers beware!!! I purchased a $700 rug (the most I have ever spent on a rug in my life) on their online store. It arrived extremely quickly. However, it was completely different from the photos online. It had striping printed into it, was faded and had different colors in it from the photos. It simply is not the quality of a rug that price. When I wrote customer service to explain what happened they essentially talked down to me to explain that it was my responsibility to have called the showroom for more details for purchasing and that I am the only customer who has ever mentioned anything about a discrepancy in the photos or voiced disappointment in the quality of that rug.

They said I would be responsible for shipping it back and that they would provide an RA number in a separate email. I wrapped the rug exactly as instructed and brought it to FedEx, USPS and UPS for quotes. The cheapest was $300. I was absolutely shocked and livid. After lugging it all over the city to ship it I felt I had no choice and agreed to ship it with tracking. I wrote customer service to provide the tracking number and to explain how this is the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had, now in the hole for $1,000 for a rug I didn’t keep. I feel as though I should not have to pay $300 to return a rug that was misrepresented.

Mostly I’m just shocked and incredibly disappointed. I don’t think shopping with this company is worth the risk. We are still looking for a rug but $300 poorer. If the customer service had been better I would have probably tried to find one with them, but I was given absolutely no reasonable option, rather blamed for my lack of diligence.

I still have not heard back from this company.

0 stars if I could. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with, hidden behind fake syrupy-sweet voices. I will not be using them again, especially when there are so many other rug companies offering better shipping and return policies and straightforwardness.

Made the mistake of ordering online. The color was nothing like what was shown on their website, and I checked three computers. I order a medium dark rug and recieved extremely light. They wouldn't return.

Horrible customer service. Sent wrong color rug, blue not brown. Then tells me it's a computer monitor difference. Find another rug source, you'll thank me later. I'm still trying to get it returned.

If you know exactly what you want you can probably find it on your own in this store. But if you want any advice or information there is no one willing to help you. Terrible service.
