Dominque was so helpful today and saved my Christmas decor! I wanted to wrap my kitchen cabinets like gifts but struggled to tie the bow. I called to see if anyone at the store could assist me and Dominque was kind enough to tie my bows for me! Thanks to her my kitchen theme turned out perfect! She was also super nice!

A go to place for artists and painters. You can basically get anything art related, let it be brush and canvas to even food art supplies. Well organised and they offer discounts from time to time.

Love going here for the materials that I need when doing a project. On top of that, there's always a major cell going on, whether it be for frames, decor, or art supplies. There's always a sell going on.

Well organized store, easy to find items that we needed. Employees were very nice at check out. We had not been to this location before and I got a little lost in the parking lot. But the niceness made up for my frustration trying to find it in rush hour traffic

Always a great place for crafters. The store is clean and offers a reward program which is worth getting signed up for future purchases. This is my "go to" place for frames, craft supplies and seasonal decor.

I forgot how cool this place is, especially when compared to a lobby of hobby. It is actually fun to visit and browse around. The variety and quality of products was impressive.

This location is one of my favorite places to come to find my hobby materials and has the best selection of paper pads. I also like the fact that you can stack discounts so be sure to pull up the store's website on your phone when you check out so that you can get additional discounts on top of other discounts.

The customer service at this Michaels location is amazing!!! I was looking for very specific yarn in a very hard-to-find color and when I asked an associate for help, 2 associates, a man and a woman, looked through over 20 storage boxes to find the yarn I was looking for!!! Amazing! I am so grateful and so appreciative of all their effort! Thank you!

I visited almost all Michael’s store around Texas and this one specifically has the best best customer service. I read many reviews and people never read the cupón policy, the online policy and all the policies this company has, but I know that they don’t have control about the inventory at all, sometimes if you order something they don’t have it and they call you to let you know because the system online don’t reflect the inventory updated but most of the time is because many customer just go and take items without paying and the system reflect they have it so as costumer we need to be more humans and understand, also when you order online you are the one who send your items to another store because they can not fix any addresses in the curbside system because the system is encrypted and they don’t have the permission to fix customer info online. And cashiers sometimes they are rude because they need to deal with humans that think they deserve all the respect and great service because they have money to pay but they left all their bad energy there,but seriously the best store in Texas and please read the policy before you put a review. Don’t be lazy.

Ii went for framing and was given plenty of time to select colors etc. The framer was very cordial and the price was right!

Love it here if you love doing your own thing. You will be like a kid in a candy Store. They have good prices and good clearance it don't last long.So if you see it ,want it buy it.

I have never had a more pleasant shopping experience at a Michael’s, and I’ve been to a lot of them! All of the employees were polite and professional, without being too friendly which is a tough line to walk. Pretty good selection at this store too, even though it’s a little smaller than some.

The frame shop is fantastic. Cannot be more professional. They framed our original drawings of our Ruff Greens product bags. Fantastic hanging in our new offices.

I arrived at store about 30 minutes before store closing time. Went to yarn section snd had to maneuver around a commercial step ladder and rolling cart in the middle if the aisle. Still managed to get what I needed. Lady at register was very friendly and offered to sign me up for the rewards program. I love this store.

All your craft needs for essentially whatever craft you're into, materials and equipment of all kinds. Good location and helpful staff who know where to find stuff if you have questions. Prices are quite reasonable. You can also order online and pick up in the store.
