I went in on Saturday to find a product to darken the edges of my hair because when I had the gray colored the beautician left it in too long. It's a little lighter than I'd like it. I asked the sales associate for some assistance. Associate was very knowledgeable about the products they had in the store and directed me to several products that we meet my need. The associate was very polite and actually recommended which product I should get and even selected the color. Very satisfied with the service and the selection and the price. Definitely will return here for future needs. Five star service

Honestly, I walked in expecting a disorganized supply of products and lack of diversity of crochet and hair braiding brands but they have everything. When attempting to make butterfly locs I asked about crochet hair and the associate directed me to the exact isle and I was overwhelmed by the options that were made available to me.

I went for Durags, they have a variety. The employees were really nice and attentive! I'll go back for my beauty supplies there too, they have a lot of nice stuff. It's a big beauty supply store!
