I've been a loyal customer of this beauty store for quite some time now, and with every visit, I consistently have an exceptional experience. The wide selection of wigs and merchandise offered here is truly impressive, and the prices are unbeatable. Additionally, I particularly enjoy the privilege of receiving their black card when I accumulate a significant number of points. I fully intend to continue shopping at this store, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of quality wigs and fantastic accessories.

My stylist recommended this beauty store for me to buy hair mainly b/c of the nice staff, but they also have a great selection of hair. She was right! I had an exceptional customer service experience! ARIANNA was the so patient and knowledgeable in working with me to make a final decision as I was looking for a precise type of hair. We compared curls, width, and prices of different brands! Diana assisted us at times during my visit and she was also great!!!

I had a great experience here. I love beauty supply stores and I think I found my new spot. Irma had great customer service and was very attentive. There was another lady that introduced herself to me and made me feel welcomed. Shows they care about new business and the customer experience

I come here a lot to buy my wigs. They have everything that you need. My experience has always been a great one.

I’ve come here maybe three or four times over the years. Every time I think “Why shop anywhere else? SERVICE is always pleasant. And the prices are excellent. Some places sell the exact same items for $2 and $3 more. Never have I seen the price increase and everything is clearly marked so you don’t pay $9.99 today and $11.99 next week. And no one stalks you through every aisle as if you’re about to take off running with merchandise. I get it. People do steal and that’s awful, but everyone doesn’t. Most people don’t.

First time visiting today. Extremely pleased with the variety of products and the pricing! If you are looking for a beauty supply store in Raleigh that has not raised their prices and that has EVERYTHING, shop here! Super friendly staff as well.

Was looking for very specific hair but I should have ordered it off Amazon because if Lux doesn’t have it, it’s nowhere to be found!

One of the newer beauty supply stores in Wake County...they have a plethora to choose from and very pleasant employees unlike many of the other Chinese ran stores. Great prices and they have a nice clearance section. I will revisit.

It was more than I anticipated. The customer service was excellent! It was my first time purchasing a wig, and the representative ensured I got a proper fit. I will definitely return for more and refer others as well.

This is the best beauty supply store the area has to offer. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I enjoy shopping here and they seem to always have what I need for decent price points. The hours are convenient opening at 9:00 am on Saturday’s. This helps when you need to purchase items before an appointment. Thanks Lux !

Always great service..from the wig lady... she DOESN'T act like your typical "beauty supply worker/owner" she's very friendly......... MY ONLY ISSUE IS ..WHY ARENT THE CUSTOMERS YET ALLOWED TO TRY ON WIGS AGAIN❓❓❓🤔 THE PANDEMIC IS ON HOLD FOR A YEAR NOW.. ... ... ... WE KNOW ITS COMING BACK AROUND AGAIN ... SO, ID LIKE TO GET SOME TRY ONS B4 IT RETURNS🤭🤔🙄. WANNA BE CU-UTE WHILE BEING TRAPPED INSIDE AGAIN!???!😅😂🤣😅😂🤣

This place has the best wigs! Plenty to choose from! The only thing I could possibly complain about is having to pay a dollar for a wig cap and only being allowed to try on two wigs. Other than that, the lady that helped me was exceptional!

First hair/beauty store I’ve been to where the workers actually greet you and offer to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Very nice employees and the best part is that they are very knowledgeable about the products they’re selling. This a a big plus for me. They have a huge selection of products inside the store to choose from as well which means you’ll have a greater chance of finding what you’re looking for inside. They also have a point/reward system for shoppers that purchase from them frequently which is pretty cool. This will be my go to beauty store in Raleigh from now on.

Very polite and helpful staff. Need more of my people in there as employees just saying (so-black women). Yes the lady helped me out but, she does not have the same hair as my daughter. Anyway great store and well stocked.

My daughter took me there to do a fresh hair look. Clean, extensive products, helpful staff. Store security is top notch, you cannot pull just anything from their displays.

Always able to find what I need and great prices and open when others often are not!
