Five stars! Dr. Dina is fantastic. I've been seeing her for a while now to manage my sinus issues, allergies, and asthma. She's incredibly knowledgeable and makes a real effort to connect with her patients. It feels more like a caring conversation than just a doctor's visit.

Dr. Dina is also a great choice for anyone who speaks another language. She listens patiently and makes sure everyone feels comfortable communicating.

If you're looking for an ENT who is both skilled and personable, I highly recommend Dr. Dina!

Dr Goyal is an excellent Dr and surgeon. I only have positive things to say. When I had a concern post surgery, he called me right back. And after only a few months, you can barely see my scar.

Both Dr. Williamson and Dr. Saidha were thorough and listened to my concerns; giving me plenty of time. Dr. Saidha explained her findings and took time to get to know me as a person. She is a very personable compassionate doctor.

Dr. Sheela Saidha was wonderful. She listened to my concerns, educated me on best practices for nasal rinse, and created an effective care plan to help me get better faster.

I love a doctor with an excellent attention to detail. The staff was courteous, wonderful, and overall professional.

I had an urgent medical need and they were able to take me last minute. I was nervous because I had never been there before I can honestly say I was more than pleasantly surprised, the staff and the doctor treated me with respect and listened to my concerns. He resolved my issue and it was painless Highly recommend them.

Polite staff. The on-line registration made for an easier appointment, avoiding filling out paperwork in the waiting area. The doctor is wonderful, thorough asking pertinent questions for assessing the condition. Very nice facility too.

Dr. Goldin-Hallet is the kindest doctor I’ve ever had. I trust her completely and she makes you feel confident about each procedure or surgery.

It was my first appointment with Dr Alvi! I was very comfortable with him. He explained what he was doing etc. He prescribed an antibiotic for my sinus infection and told me what he was planning for my next appointment! I am very pleased with Dr Alvi!

I used to see Dr. Jandali who was amazing he unfortunately is no longer with the clinic. I now see Dr. Goyal who I would recommend as well. He takes the time to ask questions, talk you through procedures, and explain everything thoroughly. All the staff at the Elgin and Hoffman Estates are accommodating and friendly. The offices are well kept and clean. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I had my first visit with Dr Goyal recently and came away with a very positive experience. Dr. Goyal listened carefully to my complaint, performed a thorough examination and offered practical suggestions with which I can now make informed decisions on how I wish to move forward. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Valerie is outstanding. Sadly most doctors I’ve encountered don’t listen well. Most audiologist I’ve met are sales people. Not Valerie. She is patient centered. She makes calls herself when the front desk falls behind, explains options well and goes out of her way to ensure your hearing needs are met.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Always helpful. I appreciate everything that the staff is doing, especially front desk to help with insurance issues and of course Dr. Alvi to make me feel better with allergies and sinus issues. Thank you!

Dr. Alvi is a caring and compassionate doctor. He listens to your issues and truly tries to understand. Most doctors have heard it all (he probably has too) but he LISTENS and let's you feel heard, not rushed. He doesn't minimalize your issue. He knows that whatever is bothering you is the most important issue at that moment.
The front desk is courteous and polite. They greeybyou with warm smiles and are aware that your business is not anyone else's and respect your privacy. Their nursing staff is warm and attentive. They greet you with warm smiles and care about your day.
I also bring my senior mother to Dr Alvi and she's treated with courtesy and respect and is not rushed to explain her problem...which is wonderful b b c for her. Some people be them older or younger sometimes have a hard time putting into words what's going on.
I'd recommend this office to anyone! 🙂

Dr. Berg was very thorough, knowledgeable and took time to answer any questions/concerns. Excellent bedside manner. His nurse was also terrific.

The receptionist was very cordial and helpful. Dr. Saidha was very thorough in discussing my medical history, examination, and in explaining treatment.

Everyone one was extremely nice and and professional. It really impressed me how the Nurse and Doctor took the time out to answer questions and let me know that they cared about my hearing and my throat.
