I LOVE this coffee! I ordered for the first time and was so thrilled to see all the flavors and options - I got whole bean so I can grind it fresh. But you can order ground, decaf or regular - so many great choices. The aroma! I will definitely be back!

My husband and I happened upon a small bag of Jamaican Me Happy at a winery during a visit to NY- it was love at first cup…first sniff, really haha. Since then, I’ve had to get my fix by ordering online. TWICE now, these lovely humans have upsized items in our online order, and thrown in amazing bonuses as well!! Few things in this world are better than large quantities of high quality, delicious coffee!! It’s worth the out of state shipping cost when we receive our “happy mail”.

Truly the best coffee I've had. I've been drinking Jamaican Me Happy for the last ~7-8 years whenever I could get my hands on a bag, but each time I drink it it brings the same amount of joy as my first ever cup! Fast shipping, and the sample that gets thrown in with orders is much appreciated. Looking forward to trying many more flavors in the years to come!

I ONLY order coffee from here. And buy it in bulk. My last order was on March 2nd and it arrived March 4th with regular shipping! I love the extra small bags of coffee that are thrown in when I buy a 5lb bag. It allows me to explore other flavors. Our favorites are Jamaican Me Happy and Chocolate Avalanche. A local Café had a coffee that was incredible. It had a deep, robust flavor that had different depths of 'toasted' and a sweet ending. It was Jamaican Me Happy! So, I order directly from ESCR, the beans are always fresh!

This coffee is excellent! I can't say enough about it. I discovered Evening Star Coffee Roasters while visiting the Finger Lakes. Before departing the hotel, I asked the waitress if she could provide the name of the coffee they served at breakfast. I have since discovered that Evening Star also offers many flavored coffees, which are also outstanding! The Italian Macaroon & Jamaican Me Happy are delicious! It is no surprise that the Evening Star is their flagship blend - it is a favorite of ours! Wonderful company & fast shipping too!

Good coffee, great prices, rapid delivery and a freebie in each package. Great to support a local family company and save $! Ground coffee is too coarse for espresso machines, but works for filter or press. Fantastic service, highly recommended.

I am so fortunate to have discovered Evening Star Coffee! Not only do I get to support a local business but the quality and value are outstanding! There are so many different varieties that we are tasting our way through the menu. My husband has proclaimed the Creation Roast “the best coffee he has ever had”. We received a sample of Irish Cream coffee from Jody and it was delicious. It was not to sweet, flavor not overpowering, rich coffee taste, and the right amount of caffeine, and the smell was amazing. Great coffee🙂

We have been buying Evening Star Coffee almost since it was established, and we have been purchasing ground coffee online in a variety of flavors. I find that service is prompt and the coffee extremely fresh when it arrives. I also order as a regular gift for my daughter out of the area, and again, it works well. She likes medium-bodied coffees and tells me it is better than anything she can find in New York City. That says something.

Evening Star's flavored coffees are phenomenal! Italian Macaroon is my all time favorite. i've been ordering online as it's hard to find places that carry the Evening Star coffee (Leo's no longer has it). A bonus to ordering online is that they will throw in another bag of coffee sometimes one you've already chosen or sometimes a new flavor to try (I love that!).

I’ve been craving evening star coffee since I moved from Rochester about 3 years ago and I finally decided to order my two favorites which are the Highlander grogg and pistachio flavored coffees. I don’t know why I waited to long. The coffees are delicious, I really missed these flavors. Shipping was fast and they even threw in some extra coffee! If you’re gonna support a local coffee roaster, this is a great one to support.

I have one indulgence and it's a good cup of coffee in the morning. Forget Starbucks, Green Mountain, Dunkin Donuts. Evening Star provides quality coffee with such a wide range of flavors and intensity it would be difficult for anyone not to find one they enjoy. And, this is huge, you can get an actual pound of coffee, not 10 or 12 oz. Service is excellent. I live in Syracuse NY and received my coffee within 2 days. The aroma was heaven. My favorite is their signature blend but give others a try. You won't be sorry if you enjoy a really good cup of coffee.

My family and I live in NJ but my wife is from Avon NY so we travel up there every year and spend the Christmas Holiday with her family. For many years we received a pound of Coffee from Evening Star Coffee Roasters and it quickly became one of my favorite gifts each year. In 2019 We changed our gift giving practice and I didn't get any coffee (didn't expect it but I was hoping). Then the pandemic hit and I decided to order 5lbs of whole bean coffee online and I found it so easy and so fresh I've happily continued to order the coffee every few months when I start to run low. The service is outstanding and the coffee is very very very good. I highly recommend trying their coffees. I usually order either the Blonde roast or Fire and Ice.

The best local coffee - good customer service, reasonable shipping, and better quality than I've found anywhere else. Jamaican Me Happy and Highlander Grogg are my two favorites, but we buy a variety of the flavors they offer.

Since the COVID pandemic started I've made a concerted effort to support local small business as much as possible, so I was super excited when I learned Evening Star (right down the road from me) did Retail sales!!!
I'm a flavored coffee lover and their selection is vast! I've been ordering from them for almost a year now and while I have one constantly favorite (oh that Italian Macaroon ❤) I try other flavors with every order & have never been disappointed. And the price is fantastic!!!
I cannot say enough good things about not only their product, but their customer service. The fact that I get to support a local business is icing on the cake (or maybe an indulgent dollop of whipped cream on my coffee😉).
