So we had to get moving and had to get it done rather quickly so I had never rented from here before but man Omar and Sam went above and beyond to help me get going they made the process so simple and easy for me very understanding and always were there to answer any questions I had thank you guys really appreciate it.

We rented a truck with a gooseneck to go pick up dumpsters from Georgia. The vehicle was in tip top shape and the ride was excellent, but most of all Sam was very pleasant and professional. Definitely would recommend their services and would used them again.

Was dreading renting a truck to move my travel trailer out of storage , as mine was in the Body Shop . Enterprise made the whole transaction trouble free . Check in was quick after phone reservation. Staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Truck was clean and performed as expected. Turning truck back in was just as easy and quick . If all your locations operate like this one , you have a great thing going . Just when I had lost hope of Customer Service being dead for good , you exceeded my expectations ! Great job ! 5 stars across the board . Will refer to everyone, and will be back if needs arise . Thank you !

Very friendly staff and right to the point on everything. They even let me park my personal vehicle on their lot while I used the rental for the day. Highly recommend and will be back again!!

We made a reservation on 6/7 to rent a 16' box truck, with a lift, on 6/12. When we went to pick it up they informed us that they did not have one. If we wanted one we had to drive to Madison or Schaumburg to get it. They had our phone number and email and never reached out to tell us this was the case. Totally unacceptable!

They gave us a truck that broke the same day.
Edit: after FOUR HOURS we were told they never added DEF
