After exhausting all of the resources that State Farm had to offer, and being stranded on the side of the highway for three or four hours, I finally started dialing myself, and reached these guys at 1pm on a Saturday. While they didn’t have the tire that I needed in stock, they gave me a recommendation to reach out to another local service Person, who was able to get me on the road within one hour. I was facing being stranded for an entire weekend without enough power to get through. These guys really saved the day for me and I could not be more grateful.

My 20+ year old 3/4 ton truck overheated on the edge of a busy rush hour 4 lane highway. It appears the water pump failed, I called Haase service to pickup my truck in less than ideal situation. He secured my truck, hauled it first to my home so I could retrieve my other vehicle, then hauled my truck to my mechanic shop. This was a 50 mile+ haul , Bob provided great service, professional care , and at a fair price.

A car accident is never a calm experience, but with the help of Haase Service and Towing and Grant County Deputies they made it as easy on me as possible. From the owner himself to his best mechanic. They made me feel like there was light at the end of the tunnel. My vehicle is a total loss but I would recommend these guys to everyone and anyone. My family and I were on our way from door county wisconsin to northwest Missouri for christmas when the front wheel bearing went out. We called our roadside assistance and had been told all the shops who could fix our truck were closed, so we arranged to be towed to a parts store that had agreed to let me fix my truck myself. So, having accepted the fate of doing a major repair basically on the side of the road, Haase service arrived for the tow. A brief explanation of our dilemma and Mr Haase took me and my family to the parts store for the parts and then offered to take us to his shop nearby to do the repairs. Long story short, the Haase family saved me from a cold night of roadside repairs when I was hundreds of miles from home. I recommend to anyone traveling through Montfort WI, to keep the Haase family in mind for towing and repairs.

Helped me out a number of years ago on his off day when my car was overheating, didn't end up towing me so he only charged a token amount. Stand up guy.
