Wow! Daniel at the bakery made our sons birthday cake and it was amazing. We were so happy with the birthday cake and our son loved it! I highly recommend the Albertsons bakery for all your special occasions!!!

This Albertsons is our go-to. I feel like it's a bit smaller than other Vegas Albertsons and they do tend to run out of things quickly during a good sale but it's a minor gripe. The next closest is not very far away at all, but I do prefer this one. Produce and meat departments are usually well stocked with fresh items. We've gotten a couple bad cantaloupe but I think that's less to do with this Albertsons and more to do with outside factors. There are lots of businesses in this plaza and bike riders do park their vehicles and meet here for a weekly ride, so sometimes the parking lot does get very full.

The real shining stars of this location is the bakery department. My kids like the grocery store cakes so I've been going that route for years. Over the summer I ordered a cake for my son's birthday but because they didn't currently have Sonic in their theme book, I used a cake topper (bought elsewhere). They asked for colors for the cake, I said royal blue like Sonic the Hedgehog. The person taking the order wrote that information down. I picked up the cake and couldn't believe it - they put little gold Sonic rings on it! Totally exceeding expectations! I thought maybe someone in the bakery department really liked Sonic so they went the extra mile.

For my daughter's birthday, they had 'The Child' in their theme book and when it came time to pick a trim color, I just asked if they could get close to the color of the graphic, but nbd if they couldn't. Well look at this gorgeous cake right here - two different colors of green in the border with an assortment of green sprinkles, yellow/green 2-layer writing and some ribbon (non-edible) decoration! They even matched the brown of the tunic and put that on the side of the cake.

Never have I gotten a cake from another grocery store that looks anywhere near as special as these. Someone at this Albertsons really enjoys what they do and it shows. The effort, time and creativity is much appreciated.

My first time going into an Albertsons. I have to say it's a very impressive grocery store. Prices are what they should b. The staff was very friendly and the quality of food is as good as a Whole Food. Till next time

This review is for the bakery department. My daughter's birthday was on a Saturday and I had a picture of a cake and cupcakes I wanted. On Wednesday I went to a couple of "posh" bakeries and they were all too busy and said I should have order much earlier.

Starting to panic I went to Albertsons. They looked at my picture and said no problem and took the order. When I picked up, I was pleasantly shocked at the price. I think the dozen cupcakes and the cake together were under $30. I know the designer bakeries would have charged 3x or more. The kids liked how everything tasted. (Cat cake topper was added by me)

This was my local grocery store when I lived in this part of Las Vegas. Even during early COVID-19, they kept things well stocked. Their staff was always phenomenal, and they always had what I was looking for. Also, the pharmacy here is excellent, too!

Nice grocery store with quality produce! It is true of all Albertsons regardless of the states we live in. Albertsons takes pride especially in their produce department. At this location l will add that staff is super nice, helpful and employee retention is high 🙂 I recognize the same happy employees there. Yeah! Albertsons is updating the entire store! New self check outs and lots of new shelving, flooring looks like it's being renovated as well.

Albertson’s on West Charleston Blvd is my favorite place to go for groceries. It’s conveniently located just 2 miles from my place, making it a go-to choice. The customer service has always been excellent, and I sincerely hope the name Albertson’s remains, despite the rumors of it being bought by Kroger. Regardless of what the future holds, the fact that it’s still close to my house is a major plus.

As a resident nearby, it's my go to local grocery store. Times have hit them hard and the service levels are inconsistent but the people who are long time grocery folks show they care. The meat department has friendly, helpful people, while the deli- counter could use more staff as the people work so hard, but can't meet the pace of the crowds.

Too often things are out of stock, and nothing is in the back. Fresh veggies are hit or miss but it feels more like a delivery problem than the store staff's issues. Getting carts is a huge problem. The cart guys work non-stop but it seems they just don't have enough of them. Oh, and the WiFi is hardly ever working right, making it difficult to use the scan coupons in the store.

Well stocked supermarket but a bit over-priced. I usually try to only buy items on sale. Beware that the cell signal in the store is horrible so using the app is near impossible.

We stay close to the strip in a timeshare and the surrounding 3 mile area is dirty, homeless and just not safe so we make the 20 minute drive to Summerland to do our shopping where the area is just much more upscale and safe.

We won't travel at night and go to stores around the strip. Anyone who has been to Vegas knows what I'm talking about.

The service is great here. They really go the extra mile to make sure you're finding what you need to find. The pharmacy staff is great. The bakery, butcher, floral, and really all other departments I'm forgetting to mention are great. If I can't find that one special ingredient my wife needs for her Pinterest recipe, someone is always available to help me find it. This past Thanksgiving really impressed me! They were fully staffed, they had a customer service representative walking up and down the aisles making sure you were finding what you need to find. At first I thought that was a bit silly but I ended up asking her where a few items where and she knew exactly where they were. I love this place. Job well done to management for making mountains edge first grocery store such a good one.

I was visiting from Mississippi. I was there nearly every day and just loved it wishing there was one near me. There was nothing I didn't like about it.

Great deals on many items. Lately I have been able to save alot. Plus they have organic, certified humane chicken. That is not normally on sale but with all of the other savings I am able to get it.

The employees here keep the store clean and are very helpful. You never have to wait in lines here!

The self checkout here is more efficient than most.

Thanks for your hard work!

Great selection of items, very clean, staff is attentive and always busy working on one project or another.
Joanne, at customer service was very hands on and helped me with a concern I had. I really like the way Joanne walked with me to where I needed to go (the Nordstrom way) instead of just pointing.
Kim, Nola, and Rebecca are friendly and courteous as well.

Our favorite Albertson's in Summerlin. Although our family member who we visit lives closer to a different Albertson's, we drive a little further to this location. A beautiful and well maintained store. Employees always pleasant.

The only negative is the Starbucks inside charges for a cup of water. I could understand if it was the only thing you ask for, but when you are ordering two drinks at a higher price than a "normal" Starbucks and ask for a small glass of water to take medication, customer service should be a little better. It was only 25 cents, but it still aggravated me.
