Russell Stover Chocolates

Showed up at 10:15am for my 11:00am appointment. Got into the door immediately and was unloaded within 30 minutes. Receiving is around back. Two docks. Nice people to deal with.

Free chocolate just for walking in! Not only are there a huge selection on chocolates, but jelly beans, and other sweets. You can even find some stuffed toys. The staff here are exceptionally kind and helpful and were able to help me with my rewards number. Head on to the back to find the chocolate not good enough for the fancy boxes for a fraction of the price at the same great taste. Be careful, you will end up enjoying this hidden Iola gem too much! Luckily, you can get tons to share for a great price.

+10⭐ I've deliver to a RSCI before at Abilene KS. And samething. This people are awesome. 20 minutes to get unloaded. Appt for 1100hrs Checked in 7:30 dock immediately finish unloading 7:50. SHELIA HASTY you're awesome. And thanks for the bag of candy.

Receiving hrs 7:00am to 3:30pm they have space to park on the side of the driveway if you get here at night

Shipping and receiving open at 0730 my appointment was at 1100 they took me right away at 0730 was out before my appointment time so that was a plus. The Walmart up the street allows truck parking but not a bit lot

I'm a driver for Schneider & let me say that these are the nicest people you'd ever meet! They happen to have the best chocolates too! I didn't get to tour the plant or the chocolate shop, but, if I ever get time I will.... actually I pick up full shipments of their great products & deliver them to a distribution center. They gave me free samples of their products & they're as fantastic as always! Thank you Russell Stover, inc.!

The store manager is the absolute definition of customer service. This was my first time visiting the store. Crystal was very helpful and knowledgeable about your products. I will return for sure, if the customer service continues to set the standard with grade A employees like this.

Oh. My. Stars!! I have never seen so much quality in one place❤❤ Staff was very knowledgeable, well-versed in the history of Russell Stovers, and gave us a Millionaires sample upon entering the store. It was FANTASTIC! Bought a lot of sugar-free candy, all aspartame-free! Even got a free bag of candy with my new rewards card!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! A hands on experience with getting your candy before the distributors get the Stover candy line. I cannot say enough about the young lady that helped me on Valentine's Day...what a pleasant experience with learning about all the new flavors that Stover's has put out since I last visited the store. Happy to have this business in our area for certain! I WILL BE BACK!

Chocolate is always a good experience and the staff is helpful. They have some great deals on bloopers and out of season items and they have the freshest pre holiday chocolates to be had. Great stop if you are passing through.

The staff was very friendly. We are met as soon as we walked in the door, told about all the specials and the clerk pointed out several different items of interest. Not disappointed at all

Great fun place to enjoy some new candies and remember some old favorites all made fresh. Don't forget to check out the back of the store for great bargains on "not so perfect" selections.

I love to stock up on chocolates. I buy the broken pieces bags. So, yummy. Also, got my kids their own boxes of chocolates for valentine's.
