I just had an accident with my phone and I had to file an insurance claim. Jake from this office went above and beyond even coming out to my car to help me file the claim because I had mobility issues. He was a real life-saver helping me get reconnected to the world.

Anthony has been my Rep and my families rep for years. He is absolutely amazing. Anytime I have issues( which is ALOOOTT) mainly because idk what I'm doing 😂 he is quick to help me or my family with anything. Even though I live out of state I continue to use Anthony and my service is always exceptional. I promise you if your looking for anything go to him. First off, don't ever go to the Verizon in Chanute. They are no help whatsoever. I took my dad to the Iola Verizon and we were helped by my Michael. This guy was super helpful. He walked us through everything and took extra time to instruct my dad on how to use features on his new phone. I highly recommend you ask for Michael. Tell him Gary sent you.

Have had Verizon since they bought Altell. Liked the service before but over the last few years the customer supports gone way up in my book. Nic calls every few months to make sure the service is working and when I do have issues he helps till the issue is resolved. Recently another newer rep, Jacob, has been helping out too when Nic is busy. He's upfront and knowledgeable as well and if he doesn't know something he's not afraid to ask someone for help. That's a great way to learn and let's me know they truly care when they honestly look to make things better, instead of slapping a band-aid on it and hoping we move on. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Michael is such a gentleman and always so helpful. I have problems when I go to other locations but never when I go to Iola. Michael is my new phone guy from now on. I truly appreciate how patient and through he is while working with me. You are the best.
