In talking with my mother, I found out she was paying WAY too much for phone service. We talked about switching her to TMobile to save money. We were greeted immediately by Sarah, with whom I explained what we were there to do today. Between she and Aaron, they explained everything regarding my mother's new phone plan. Sarah took the time to switch the new phones over, explained the billing and set my mother up with Autopay. The time we spent in their store was well worth it. Thank you Sarah (and Aaron) for taking the time to make my mother feel comfortable with her new plan and new phone.
