Walmart Supercenter

Good store, stocked well. Happy Customer Service people. Great for college kids to get the things that they need for their dorms and classes. Huge parking lot with plenty of spaces too.

Good location and always well stocked.
The parking lot is very dark @ night. Lots of the street lights are burned out or barley work.

Tyler is nice as hell.
Staff is nice as hell.
Dude with the short blonde hair in the self checkout line is super helpful and incredibly friendly. Matter of fact years of going there all y’all’s self checkout folks have been nice as hell.

Honestly your staff = 10/10.
Your clientele = 0/10, we suck.
Customers are weird as hell here. Idk what it is but if you go to Marion it’s nothing but trophy wives & Jeff Bezos but the second you go to the Carbondale Wal Mart it’s Wrong Turn & The Hills Have Eyes on steroids.

Maybe slap a fake Target sign over the front.

If we could ban all the customers and just include staff, the place would be way cooler.

I was missing almost a quarter of my order. Finally, someone answered the phone and made sure I could speak to the pick up/delivery. Cameron found my missing items and assured me that it will be delivered soon. Problem solved.

I noticed all of these shirts were marked as $1, so we filled our cart so I could use them as employee shirts. At the register they weren’t marked down. We waited for an hour and a half, but finally got them marked down. We ran into a few issues, but the store lead Jerry was great at resolving the issue & had great customer service. Our cashier, Andrea, was great too!! She was patient & kind the entire transaction even after having to ring them up multiple times.

Loved Wal Mart I go there Often Sometimes 3 times a week . I’d recommend going there for exercise OR to see what’s new in the store . Love going to Wal Mart ITs a good atmosphere & Nice people.

Always have a good shopping experience at Carbondale Walmart. It’s clean and well stocked.

They r open 24 hours a day 7 days a week an 365 days a year... They have Free WiFi if you need it... They let you sit in there and warm up if you need to at night or just if you are cold

Picked up Meringue for baking. So easy to order and the staff was great!

I would like to do a shout-out to Joe, the greeter and front manager, that unfortunately, I wasn't able to get his name. He had glasses and curly hair. I was worried because my oldest is special needs and has trouble with going to the bathroom. During our 8 hour drive to southern IL from GA, my oldest had an accident. I needed to change him quickly and saw there was Walmart. I walked in with my other 2 kids and asked Joe if he could help me. He got the front manager, and they were able to help me secure the bathroom. I was able to clean my son without any worries of awkward walk-ins. I TRULY AND GREATLY APPRECIATE how they helped me in my time of need. Thank you!!!!

Love you have G Hughes sugar free sauces. All of his are great. Sending other people diabetic to go there. Carry more if you can. Low carb no sugar effects a lot of people. Thanks

I am visiting from out of town. What a nice clean and organized Walmart. Cashier was very pleasant. Had to stand in line a bit but provided service as quick as they could. I left two bags on the spinning check out wheel and did notice until I got home. Cashier turned them in to customer service. I went back next day and they gladly gave my left items and had me get the ones that were perishable as well. No questions asked and did not even look at my receipt. I could not let this go without giving this Walmart a big Thank You. Customer Service employee was extremely nice. If more Walmart's ran like this one everyone would shop at Walmart

I got my oil changed and I have to say it was the fastest oil change I ever had. I didn't have to wait they took my car back there immediately I loved it

I love carbondale walmart !! This walmart was super convenient to where I was when we visited up there and had everything we needed.

An upscale experience for a downtown price. The wait staff is impeccably dressed and the menu is extensive. The appetizer, Crab Rangoon was delicious and our entries were large enough to take home leftovers. Great experience.

The pickup service is awesome, but you need more workers. No one answers when the phone rings. I have to catch someone before they go back in the store. The app won't send me a link when my mom adds me as the pick up person for her groceries. Maybe it's something she's doing wrong. Overall, the workers are great and they're fast!
