My recent visit to Home Depot was nothing short of excellent. The employees were incredibly helpful and friendly, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the products and a genuine willingness to assist customers. I went in with a picture of the paint I bought a year prior & they used the faded sticker on top of the paint can to make me the same color & they nailed it. Overall the staff at Home Depot are helpful in finding what you're looking for 9 times out of 10. There's pretty good sales on the products I've purchased, plus some of the prices are on average lower than competitors most of the time. I enjoy shopping here & will continue to shop here.

This store is the best Home Depot. They have a lot of women that work here! They’re super nice and working to help you find stuff. There was a girl with yellow linen pants today who was so nice and helpful. They actually have a lot of employees too so we didn’t have to search the half the store just to get help. I wish all Home Depot’s were like this one. That was actually a pleasant experience.

I can’t thank King and Carroll enough for all of their help! I foolishly decided to go to Home Depot the day before Christmas Eve to get a grill. I assumed they’d have grills that weren’t assembled, well they didn’t and I wasn’t prepared to put this grill in my suv. King came and helped tremendously! I can’t thank them enough for making sure I was able to get this last minute gift home for my husband. He loves it and thanks you all as well. Superior customer service!

I walked into the store,
finding what I needed was no chore.
I had a list of things to buy,
and lo, all on the first try.
Behold, everything was in stock,
No need to check the dock.
Full of all kinds of tools,
better than a shop of jewels.
Stacked and packed with all kinds of supplies,
payment is no problem when the coupon applies.
Up and down I went through the aisles,
everything I wanted in diverse styles.
For my shower, I sought out tiles.
There, I found them sorted into piles.
Such a large section to house all the lumber,
or maybe it just looks that way because I'm a plumber.
Anything I wanted, I found on the Racks,
I told myself 30 minutes max.
Item after item I threw in the cart.
Perhaps it was more than planned from the start.
Looking around, I found many deals.
Who knew Home Depot sold tractor wheels.
I have to say I was impressed, not just the way employees were dressed.
Employees offered such great service,
unlike lowes, where they'll make you nervous.
You can be sure I'll be here again.
On a scale, I'll give them a ten

I went to Home Depot Puyallup on Wednesday March 13th, to look at Grills again ( I was there Tuesday too) I asked to be assisted by a Manager. I got the most awesome Supervisor “ Cody”. He was so knowledgeable and so very helpful. I do have to say Tuesday I did not get much help. Cody helped me understand what I wanted and directed me to the perfect grill. He carried the service to the customer service stand and assisted Sharyon through until the end. Sharyon was such fun and worked hard to make it right for me. I had a special request because the grill was for my husband as a 39th anniversary gift. I asked if I could have them put a card in the grill I am having assembled and for delivery. Sharyon, and two other ladies working that night ( I did not write down their name 😫) worked together to insure this would happen. I told them how awesome they were and the service was unsurpassable. I also mentioned that people are so quick to complain but not so quick to appreciate great service. It starts from the top so well done Home Depot Management team! One more note, get Cody in Management. He will help your store succeed!

The staff is great. I've rented trucks from here worked on home projects and got all my tools, and supplies from this store. Not only do they make sure to help you out they know what they're talking about. It feels like the place to be for all my home projects needs.

Went there earlier today and needed to pick up a few things (I have no idea where anything is Everytime I go to Home Depot) and was helped by some of the kindest employees at any hardware store I've ever visited. Tyee, Sharon, Mel and Annette all deserve raises. They are incredible at their jobs, super friendly and they know their stuff. Thanks y'all!

Great service and selection, and if you can't find what you need the Lowe's is nearby
The employees I have talked to were also nice and they even have young people who are responsible enough to safely operate the machinery.

I came to the store to purchase my son some equipment for his HVAC course. I spoke to Brandon and he took the list of 16 items and took us around the entire store to locate them. He was very professional and patient with us. Thank you Brandon.

A man helped me with a project I am working on. He cut the wood to the right length and made sure I had all the tools necessary to build the project. After I left, he found me in the parking lot and remembered I might need more screws. He was very kind and helpful. Two other employees helped me with trying to locate someone to cut the wood pieces for me. I always receive great help and there is always great selection at this Home Depot.

Home Depot always has the necessary items for a project. From lumber to landscape rocks and anything else you need at a good price.

This is a really large Home Depot. It generally always has what I need. I definitely prefer this one over the Bonney Lake and the Federal Way. The staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating!

It's a Home Depot. Just exactly like every other Home Depot in the world. It's always hard to find someone who will help you and the workers seem miserable on their jobs.

Fantastic Customer Service, as it should be. I went not sure what kind of lawnmower to get my daughter for a housewarming gift. Gas/Electric/Battery power are the choices nowadays. Battery powered seems best to me being cordless so I got one. My daughter and especially her hubby just love it.

I need to find a very rare shower door handle, after visiting few other stores with no luck, I stopped at this location and Gem B. bath and kitchen consultant helped me to find exactly what I was looking within 5 minutes, thank you so much Gem for your time and help, A+ customer service.

Overall, our experience at Home Depot was exceptional, thanks to the expertise and dedication of the staff. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, and we couldn't be happier with the upgrade we made to our kitchen.
