I know anybody in my age and I am 36 nose that JCPenney's has been around for many, many years. They are excellent with every department close home decor you name it. I'm reasonable. Price friendly place. Good staff professional atmosphere. Thank you very much

My bestie and I did a long over due retail therapy trip to Penny's. We spent a long time in the jewelry dept. with a very helpful clerk named Becky. We then wandered the aisles just laughing like a couple of teenagers. Great day in a happy place.

This is a great place with the best people behind the counters! Great workers who are attentive and very helpful. This store is split up and has 2 locations in the mall btw! A Men's/Home and Women's/Children store. Both stores are an example of what a good customer experience looks like.

From my glasses to the time on the walk to work JC Penneys has always treated me as a good thing not as a thieving threat upon us all. It's nice to get that willingness to share the last door before home instead of CODE VAGRANT or possible Amber Alert . Thanks.

The lady in customer service was great. She helped me locate a price on a seahawk shirt. There was noting like it & it had no price tag. Took her a bit of research but she found it. I was very happy, especially when I found out it was on clearance. Purchased some other items & was on my way.

This was a nice store that was clean and well stocked. The employees were really friendly and very helpful! We found what were looking for plus a few extras and enjoyed all of the holiday decorations and merchandise! This was our first trip to South Hill mall and we will definitely be going back!

Kirsten went above and beyond helping us out. She went all over the store putting complete outfits together, including all accessories and shoes. She was AMAZING!! Then Amanda was very sweet to us during checkout. Very impressed and seriously felt like we had the royal treatment.

I had ordered the wrong size online. The employee that handled the return was very kind and helpful. We first check to see if they had the correct size in store. They did not. She let me know which JC Penny my size was at. Which was too far away. We proceeded with the refund and hit a snag with .com. she located the transactions and was able to give me the refund. Which I turn around and spent double the refund 😉

Had to return a couple Christmas gift shirts that were too small and got a nice Winter Coat at an 80% off sale.... $36 + Tax. Awesome sale and good customer service.

I have always had great customer service while shopping at the South Hill Penneys. Tracy was so helpful and willing to help and answer my questions. She is an asset to Penney's.
