Best service, very helpful, pharmacist 's are the BEST, hoping our Rite Aid doesn't close

Typical drug store. We were in town visiting relatives and needed a prescription filled so we went here. Didn't take long to get the prescription and payment was easy.
We ended up getting some gum at a good price a well.
The location is very convenient in this small shopping plaza.

It's a small store, so they don't carry a full assortment, but they are nice. The store is clean. The pharmacists are very nice.

The woman wouldn't accept a $5 bill because a tiny little corner was torn off then when I got a little upset and showed her the serial numbers & everything was still there... she mocked me, I stopped here another day to grab a bottle of vitamins. I was in a bit of a hurry because I was in an UBER. I was the only Customer in the store. Took me 8 minutes to find the vitamins I was looking for then I stood at the Pharmacist register another 2 minutes only to have the Pharmacist tell me to go to the store register to pay [because she was busy] then I went and stood at the store register another 4 minutes while that clerk totally ignored me because she was talking to a delivery driver... At that point I had to leave without the vitamins as I couldn't make my UBER wait any longer and I never would have asked the UBER to stop in the fist place had I known that it takes half an hour to buy a bottle of vitamins at this store even when you are the ONLY Customer..... Seems like this store is to busy for Customers, so they should just lock the door and turn off the open sign!!!

Got off work on my way home. Stopped here to get my booster vaccine. When I came in I asked the pharmacist to get the vaccine and was immediately asked if I'm a walk in. I thought I said yes. My wife and kids came in yesterday and was a walk-in and got it. He told me that and I quote we don't have time for walk-ins.

The customer service here is very lacking. I will not return

They almost never have prescriptions ready for us. Consistent errors for multiple members of our family all with different doctors and different coverages.

Disappointing pharmacy. Too many instances to mention. Guess we shall try somewhere else. Staff behind the front counter is always nice though.
