Terrific customer service, knowledgeable employees and a fantastic selection in every department. I purchased my ceiling fan and light fixtures for my home and I'm very happy with the selection they offer. I also enjoy their garden department which has a huge selection of plants and gardening supplies. There's always plenty of free parking too.

They have a great selection and variety to choose from. The staff is very helpful and informative. I'll definitely be shopping there more often. Their garden center is very nice as well. They have a great place out front to grab lunch, a snack or an ice cold beverage.

I started coming here about ten years ago after I had plumbing issues in my home. With knowledgeable advice, they guided me through a difficult situation without having to contact a plumber. I just stopped in for a humming bird feeder and furnace filters. I also purchased flooring for my kitchen a couple of years ago. Besides all your hardware needs, they have a large nursery and lumber yard.

I stopped in for my first time ever to buy some cedar siding for a project at work and I left with a new favorite store. Not only was the price less than that of several other stores, they had the most friendly and helpful staff! Stella took great care of me and within only a few minutes she created a new loyal customer. Top notch customer service!

Just wanted to say how grateful I am to Eric in the care/call center. It was almost unusually pleasant, (at least these days, and what I’m used to with Phone customer service), how he went out of his way to find a manager, and find the pallet that the pressure washer hose was on, then to pull a couple units for me to purchase. This is usually very difficult when I talk to the staff at my local store.
Eric, thanks again, Freidman’s- you are lucky to have him, he was a great hire.

Very good place, owners son is an amazing person. The store offers a lot of options for what you need and are there to help you find what ever you need at any time. Employers are very respectful and are very funny. like their billboard says if we dont have it you dont need it.

They went about and beyond what was asked for. My boss needed hole saw bits and 4 large totes. I was getting the totes at home Depot but in a hot New York minute the person helping me (Serena) had everything together on a cart. AMAZING..

Customer service is excellent. Staff members are friendly and helpful. I went in to get a gift today and they price matched home depot. I'd much rather support a local business vs a big box store. Thank you Friedman's for making my husband's Christmas this year. Another happy loyal customer.

People in the store are very helpful. They know where things are and they can tell you what I'll to go to; unlike other stores?? The lines are definitely shorter, and at this holiday season everybody has a smile

Excellent Garden Center. MUCH better than the big box stores. Plants are lush and healthy. Great selection of premium fertilizers. Competitive prices and a good feeling supporting a locally owned business. Would love to browse inventory online. Didn't see that feature when I checked.. other than that...such a refreshing difference.

Today we used the plumbing and electrical departments. We quickly found just what we needed and they cut our wire to length. This store is remarkable for it's huge selection and lots of helpful staff. There are lots of styles of Carhartt work clothes. We recently bought molding for baseboards and they cut it to length for us.

I've been coming here my whole life, it's become a family tradition. Likely because they're like family, real people who want to help make your shopping experience / project the best it can be.

I remember when they were Friedman Bros and their slogan was, "If we don't have it, you don't need it". It's true, they have everything you need and if they don't they can order it for you.

They always have what I'm looking for, and they have staff to help me find it. Kind of a "throw-back" experience that is the exception to the rule these days. Customer Service. Huh. Forgot what that was like.

Wonderful customer service while shopping the aisles. Would like to see more cashier's as the line are usually long, but they also move fairly quickly. Bought 3 flash lights this evening, love them all!!! 🥰 and an assortment Christmas decorations that will be put up tomorrow. Thank Friedman's!!

Plants are mostly healthy, which is amazing with the heat and ash we've had lately. The lady who's always working with the outdoor plants is fantastic! Haven't stumped her with a question yet.

2/9/2022 Update: The selection of house plants and succulents at this location has been incredible lately, and the new employees are very nice.

4/14/2022 Update: got two pretty big tomato starts for $6! Great deal, and they had a bunch of mid-sized monsteras and sansevieria inside.

10/25/22 Update: The vegetable section is looking pretty sparse, but they've got a ton of flowers that look really healthy, and indoor plants inside. Great selection of seeds, too.

They always seem to have what I'm looking for. Except they ran out of tarps to cover my myer lemon bush from frost. But I'm sure they will get more in. They have such knowledge and helpful people who work there.
