I absolutely love this place. Granted they didn’t have what I wanted and what I actually purchased I absolutely hate. But to me it isn’t solely on the product it’s the customer service that was provided. I came in when they were closing. At the time I had no idea. They were not rushing me or anything. In fact they engaged in conversation with me about their products and went into detail about it.
I would recommend this place to anyone who is needing a friendly face and good conversation to see for once.

Staff is always friendly and helpful when looking for products and the shop online is easy to use and orders are ready to pick up very quickly. I place my order then drive on over and it ready as I pull in the parking lot.

Fantastic crew! They've always got what I want in stock.

Even with obvious supply chain issues, the employees are always incredibly welcoming, sweet, and helpful. Prices are still great! I expected a huge hike with all of the bans around the bay area, but they're still charging what I paid months ago. Couldn't be happier!

Absolutely amazing shop we are so lucky to have a shop that really cares about its customers in sonoma county. They are always so helpful and constantly going above and beyond to make the shopping experience easier and more enjoyable.

The employees are always happy and very helpful. If they don't have what I'm looking got they always go above and beyond to try and get it for me. I highly recommend stopping in even if it's just to look around they have so many products and tons of options of ejuice. They have everything you could want or need and if they don't, they will special order. Prices are very competitive but remember your buying local and they have huge overhead. So your not gonna get the cheap 20 box that's probably gonna blow up on on. Your gonna get the real deal with a warranty. With real people who care and will do all they can to help you! Great staff and knowledgeable. They have even gone out of their way to help fix tanks with new seals that I've managed to mess up, charging me nothing. It's my only spot. Best juice selection too that I've found so far.

The establishment is kept to perfect standard both in cleanliness and attention to detail. It’s spacious while offering a variety of quality products. The service is top of the line with a very friendly and knowledgable staff that exercises patience and helpfulness that goes beyond any other competitive shop I’ve ever been too. There P.O.S. System (Point of Sale) is tech savvy and very helpful with keeping track of previous purchases, accumulated rewards and notifications that aren’t overwhelming. Anytime anyone has asked me for a personal recommendation regarding where to get e-cig products I ALWAYS guide them here because I know, from personal experience that they will not leave there dissatisfied. I highly recommend this business and encourage all to go and experience it for

The staff at E-Cig 101are always very helpful and friendly. As a person who successfully quit smoking over 8 years ago with the help of E-cigs and vapes, I really appreciate the service that E-Cig provides.
It saddens me that lawmakers in CA are trying to take this option away from people like me. To remove vaping/e-cigs is short-sighted, incredibly BAD policy that has NOTHING to do with public health and everything to do with agenda.
It is clear, lives have been saved by the availability of vapes/e-cigs for ex-smokers. I have no idea which lobby is working against citizens who utilize vaping to remain cigarette free but whoever they are, they are doing a great disservice to all ex-smokers who rely on vaping to remain cigarette free.

Girl at the front was super nice, I appreciate the fact that she recognized I wanted to look around by myself and just told me to ask if I had any questions. I hate it when I go into a vape shop and they follow me around like a tail lol, ended up buying a new kit for salt nics and a bottle of liquid. She even changed the coils out for me which I really appreciated! Good selection of salt nic.

I really enjoy this place. They try their best every time. I work in retail and so it's nice when I come in and they treat you like a human being. What I'm getting at is, they don't give you this automatic response or typical help you in help you out type of sales pitch. They let you know what works for what you own so you don't break the expensive mod you e been saving up for. It's just an over all comfortable vibe while in there.

I'm traveling and needed a new tank, juice, and a smaller device to get me through the week. So glad I stopped here before they closed. Staff is amazing - knowledgable, helpful, friendly. Store is clean, selection is great, and I got to grab some juices I've never heard of. This is my new go-to spot when I'm visiting the area!

Only vape shop I visit. Super helpful and friendly staff. Everyone is knowledgeable about the products and easy to work with. Great products and happy to see a larger supply of Dr Picnic and Time Zone kept in stock. You won't be disappointed with this crew!

Always friendly and helpful, and they keep a good inventory unlike many other vape shops. They aren’t the closest shop to me, but I drive past the others to go here. The rewards are awesome as well!
