AT&T Store

Highly recommend. I was assisted by Handt and he was professional, warm, and solution-oriented. There was an issue with the account but he was able to fix it within 10 mins. He made sure that my phone was working before I left the store. Handt’s kindness and care was a gift to me. Thanks!

Have visited this store since I moved to California, and am very happy with the service here. A special thanks to the Store Manager Chyla, Handt and David for their spectacular customer service. Everything from atmosphere to efficiency is dialed to a 10.

Finally under new management. Went in there to pay my bill and had a pleasant experience, for once. Even saved money on my bill because she asked where I work and my job offered a discount. They actually customer service now.

Under new management and I can tell the difference. I was able to get what I needed done in an efficient matter. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I went in on my lunch break to ask for help setting up my new iPhone 14. Jasper was able to get me all set up and transfer everything from my old phone to the new phone. He even helped me add a line to my plan and set up another phone for my daughter. All within about 30 minutes. He was fast, efficient and knowledgeable and I really appreciated his service.

Best customer experience ever. I stopped by the store, because my online order with AT&T was taking too long to process. The store manager, Isiah was very courteous and assured me that he will make sure he gets all my issues resolved. He took his time, was patient with the process and made sure all my 4 phones were ported from Verizon and working when I left. I got there early enough, but because of Verizon's lack of customer service and delay in giving us the necessary pin to port number over, we ended up finishing the transfer about 40 minutes past the store's closing time. I was feeling bad and telling Isiah and team that I will be OK to come back the next day, but they insisted they want to wait however long and assure they take care of me. This is the best in store experience I've received in a very long time. Its really nice to know that there are customer service places that still genuinely care about the customers and are willing to go the extra mile.

Jasper has been outstanding when fixing my phone issues. He has thoroughly explained each issue and fixed all issues. You have a great employee. He is making a huge difference in people's lives with his knowledge and personality.

I was there on Monday September 21 and there was only one employee, Omar, working upon entering the store I was greeted and it looked busy but he still said welcome in and let me know how many people were ahead of me. My kids were getting some yogurt so I asked if I could just go sit with them and he give me a call, he took my number down but I went back with my kids before he could call and there was a customer that wasn’t there before when it was my turn he apologized to the customer and helped me out luckily I didn’t take too long! Great Service out of this store thank you!

Excellent customer service. Attentive and patient in answering my questions. Friendly staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and my phone issue resolved. I use my phone for business. I walked in overwhelmed because my phone was dropping calls. I could not connect live with the inbound and outbound calls I was attempting to make. Fortunately, Rafael Silva, the Store Manager assisted me and made sure my phone was properly backed up to transfer to my new phone. Contacts, text messages and photos saved!

Outstanding customer service!
I lost my iPhone on a motorcycle trip and was struggling with Apple and AIG to get my claim processed, when I remembered that I could get a SIM card for my old iPhone. Walked into the ATT store on Cochrane and Alexander could not have been more helpful. He was super courteous and solved my problem in less that 5 minutes. And instead of charging me, he used store credit. I highly recommend him!!!

I was greeted politely as soon as I entered location, provided an accurate wait time for assistance.
Sales associate Alex was knowledgeable about products and very professional in performing tasked.
If you are interested in someone being respectful of your time go see Alex at Morgan Hill location.

The manager was amazing and very helpful

I have been using T-Mobile for more than 8 yrs, changing to a new provider (AT&T) is not an experience that I was looking for. Adrian Pantoja helped me to navigate the process and made it super smooth. He was very patient and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions very well. Provided me options to guide me with decisions, and you can see his honesty and willingness to help customers and not just to sell products. He worked extra mile to make sure that I am satisfied and even sent me follow up text to make sure that everything is ok. Adrian is a GREAT example of a what a customer service should be! I highly recommend looking for him if you are looking for a new phone!

I came in and had some questions about a new phone. Worked with Adrian and he was very knowledgeable about the different phone options and helped me choose one that worked best for me. I would definitely work with him again and encourage others to work with him as well.

Went to do an upgrade on my phone and Adrian Pantoja was very helpful and welcoming. Very knowledgeable person, I recommend going here if you don't know what you're looking for, he'll know exactly what you need great deals and all.

Customer service as you would expect from a retail store, amazing!

I went into AT&T to buy a new phone and add a line. I was helped by Adrian who knew exactly what was needed, the best way to handle my account, and made the whole process easy and thorough. This was the easiest interaction I have had with an AT&T rep. I highly recommend others to work with Adrian.

5 stars!!! I had went into this AT&T aggravated due to some billing problems. Not only was the staff exceptionally professional they understood my frustrations and handled my problem with ease! The gentlemen that helped me out assured me that everything was taken care of before I left this location. I recommend anyone in the Morgan Hill area to pay this store a visit.
