AT&T Store

Cesar! Was so nice and helped me and my husband with our new phones. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, we had! Thank you Cesar your are amazing!

I’ve been a loyal AT&T mobile customer for over a decade but now the only way I can be sure I’m talking to an actual human being in America is to go to one of these stores, so I’m happy to relate my positive experiences if it means the store will still be there when I need human support again. Really cool employees, never busy when I’ve been there, good supply of Apple products and accessories. Willing to work with me on a complex issue I was having with an apple product.

All employees greeted me when I entered the store even when helping other customers. The employees were friendly and honest. When I asked about upgrading my phones they gave honest opinions about what phones would best serve me. I never felt like anyone was trying to just sell me the most expensive phone. The sales person described to me the difference between each phone and in detail explained the cost difference. All employees were having positive interactions with other customers and seemed to treat all people with courtesy. All costs were explained to me before I made my final selections so I have no surprises with my next bill. The phone I wanted was not available in my color but they ordered for me immediately. I will always return to this location. Caesar was amazing and provided excellent service. He seemed genuinely happy about his job. He seems like a great asset to the Arroyo Grande location.

Fernando assisted me with connecting my Apple iPhone 13 with my series 3 Apple Watch. He did a great job, he was very knowledgeable & friendly. AT&T is lucky to have Fernando as an front line employee!!!

Went to my local ATT store in Arroyo Grande and there was only one employee working the store. Naturally there was a long wait but the employee, Caesar, was very nice with all the customers and was thorough with each customer’s questions and problems. Caesar is am excellent employee who did a great job in very difficult circumstances.

Yesenia was so awesome with her customer focused help that I want to write a very positive and big Kudo review for her.
My 91 year old mother is not able to use a standard flip phone and so she had to get a jitterbug phone with a very loud speaker. thanks to Yesenia, we got her the correct phone so she can stay safe.
Not many times does a sales person suggest the best product for the customer. It is usually only the most lucrative product for them to sell but Yesenia did the right thing and was an angel to us.
She should get a huge raise and also a nice bonus for being so excellent.

We had multiple problems with our old phones. Jason was so helpful and knowledgeable! He helped resolve our issues. We also really wanted new phones and he found us an amazing deal!! We have been with ATT for over 20 years. Great coverage and great service.

The store manager, Jason was amazing! We've tried for months to correct our HBOMax issue, with no success. We went into our local AT&T store yesterday, to upgrade a phone on our plan. We mentioned the HBOMax issue in conversation. Jason was able to do what no other rep could! He fixed it! We were extremely pleased with his tech knowledge and friendliness, and can clearly see why he is the manager. We will definitely go to him if there are any future problems, and will recommend him and Yesenia, the other worker. They were very professional and continually sterilized the store, in between customers. I was very impressed with my visit!

I am so grateful to have been helped by Marquis and Yesenia yesterday in the Arroyo Grande store.. They were patient and competent and handled a constant flow of business with customer service skills that seem to be absent in many businesses. Thank you for the great experience!

Tyler and Ryan were super helpful! We were in and out in less than 30 min for a new phone complete with case and they even applied the screen protector for us!!! Excellent service! If you have AT&T, GO to these guys, don’t go to big retail stores!

Ryan was awesome. After my wife's phone was stolen we just bought 8 days ago Ryan was exceptionally helpful to get her what she needed done to get her a new phone at little out of pocket expence. I will recommend this store to anyone who wants great and friendly helpful service.

I cannot give Yesenia high enough praise for calmly and carefully helping me transfer my phone plan and reassuring me that all of the services I require were going to be available.
I was frustrated with ATT’s online site being so CONVOLUTED and with the lack of follow through from the SLO store whose rep NEVER returned my call.

If you want “hometown” service I recommend you go to see ATT in AG.

Today, my husband and I dropped by this store to fix a problem with our service. We couldn't accomplish this online, and were frustrated by the lack of help. So we came here and the manager, Jason and his helpful assistant easily fixed it for us. Not only that, he said he wished he could complete our needs but could not arrange for a service call. But thanks to his help and corrections to our account, the phone call for service became very easy. We will take all of our business to him in the future when it comes to our AT&T accounts.

Jason made a lot happen for both our personal and business accounts in record time. Very knowledgeable, good spirited and goes beyond what is required. Everybody at this location is friendly and reliable. Highly recommend this location!

Ryan is the best customer rep at the AT&T store in Arroyo Grande! Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient! I have been with At&T for 19 years and he is definitely the best in customer service! He would make a great Manager for the company

This is the only phone store where I have walked out completely satisfied. The manager, Jason, has a depth of familiarity with the products and offerings. He was able to articulately communicate our new phone plan, and he helped us save a bundle!

Evelyn is the BEST! She helped us with the purchase of my 83 yr old moms phone today and truly has the patience of a Saint. She made the stressful purchase seem like fun, my mother just couldn't be more pleased, and we couldn't be happier with the Arroyo Grande AT&T store. Jason has amazing has an amazing goatee! There’s a giant TV in there that you can watch for FREE!! Be sure to come in here to pay your bill , their customer service is amazing. They love to see repeat customers that are loyal to ATT and faithful to pay their bill on time!
