The staff here are all nice, smiling, friendly and helpful 🥰 🥰 🥰.
This store has a Starbucks, slot machines, bakery, key kiosk, great fresh produce, simple mobile and self check out.

i’ve had some unimaginably dark days in the last year. I shop at this store almost every single day for my family dinner, and every other thing. No matter how bad things are going for me Chris in the self check out always lightens my mood. The man is like human prozac and I’m so thankful for the small part of the day that I get to see the guy.

Staff here are nice and that’s all you could really ask for at a grocery store. Thank god they upgraded their payment system to accept tap to pay. They keep this place clean

I love this place! Fresh produce, bakery, meat, etc. They have everything I need. The staff is friendly (most of the time) I can find good deals.

Chris, who runs self checkout most nights is the nicest human being alive. He's the reason I come back. He's fast, calm, professional and will go the extra mile for the pettiest of requests. Long time fan of Chris, first time reviewer. Pay Chris more money, please.

I can't find any problems with this Smith's. The selection is nice, its always open, the pharmacy is efficient, and they even have canned food sales a few times a year.

I give FIVE stars because of the two AWESOME, FRIENDLY guys that work in the DELI, AND the REALLY LOVELY, HELPFUL workers that assist me/you in the self service checkout. These are basically the only people that I have had any contact with in this particular store aside from customer service which can be ‘iffy’ depending on who is there.
Prices are so, so HIGHER than the East Coast as much as DOUBLE on most items. When I saw $6.49 😱 for Best Foods Mayo my mouth dropped. Last month was t was $4.59.
I just want to know is it SHIPPING OR Covid for the increases? I have been told both. I mean some food/produce comes from California to New England And it is LESS THAN HALF of what it is at Smith’s. Just saying.
BUT 💕💕 those Deli guys and check out helpers. THEY ROCK 💕💕

I love this location! Compared to other locations I've frequented, this one has by far the most organic options, in produce and in the other departments. The sales are great, and they do a really great job being prepared for big sales and coupon events. I rarely have to get a raincheck for sale items, but when I do, they're so nice about it! They're also very nice about checking if they have more of something in the back. The staff here are always willing to answer questions and offer recommendations. They open new registers when the checkout lines get long, and there's always a friendly supervisor available if you have any issues or returns. Shout out to Darla, who always takes good care of us, and is super patient if coupons don't pop up or if you need a price check. The store is always clean and well kept, and it's a great place to shop. It's even easier when you have the app, because all the aisle numbers pop up on my phone, and I can check off my list as I go.

I like grocery shopping at Smith. They have competitive price, friendly staff, and especially they still have cashiers. Don't really like self checkout.

This Smith's is one of the best in the valley. They keep it clean and most items are always in stock. Cashier's are really friendly and have continued to be even with all the Covid issues. The negative comments seem to from people who crumble when one thing doesn't go their way. I've been coming here for almost 10 years it's a solid store with competent management.

The best experience at a store ever. All the staff are very helpful. My favorite staff member is GILBERT, he works at the self check out. The coolest guy I ever met, EVER!!!! my kids as well love that store. They get stickers and smiles every time we are there no matter what time. Thank you so much GILBERT FOR BEING SO WELCOMING. In my 11 years of living in Vegas, this was my first time shopping here. They have a station to ensure the carts are sanitized. You can find a nice array of freshly baked breads. Depending on your food preferences, they have vegetarian/vegan, gluten free, keto, or just plain old junk food. I am impressed with the store brand organic options. The only negative is I rarely shop at Smith's and went for the Thomas English Muffins for $1.99 and they rang up $2.99. I was too tired and just kept them. Make sure whatever you get rings up correctly.

I went to Smiths on west Charleston Las Vegas to buy 50 candy bars for Halloween at $100 each. Diana, a very nice young lady counted them out and put a sticker on them so when I got to check out it was very simple. Thank you so much. Diane Monton.
