I called in to talk with the pharmacy department. I needed a prescription filled and the VA was calling it in. Something I forgot to get refilled at the VA. The VA told me to call and tell them to check their voice mail. Thats where it will be for them to fill the prescription. I’m a combat vet and it’s my medicine for my PTSD. So naturally I’m upset. The young lady that answered the phone was so helpful. Very professional and very nice. Her calming voice reassured me everything would be alright. And they would check the voice mail throughout the day. And they would have it ready for me. Very polite! Something you don’t get everyday from people on the other side of phone. When needing help with an issue these days. I wanted to thank her by giving a review on my experience. I never do this. But I had to do it this time. Thank you from a very relax and happy veteran.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over a year now & I love it so much. The pharmacist and the techs have been nothing but wonderful to me.

They get me my meds on time. Pretty solid.

Pharmacist and pharmacy techs are always helpful and kind.

A little pricey but convenient.

All of the employees are nasty with no understanding of policies

You can not get anyone to pick up the phone at this store! I was on hold over an hour! Unacceptable service.
