I frequently visit this store and every single time I receive the best service. This particular visit, however, exceeded even that expectation! Leigh, in Copy and Print, came to my rescue! I needed programs for the next day and had waited until the last minute to have them printed. I had such a frustrating day with so much to get done, and it was already evening. Leigh was THE kindest and most helpful during this time. She even suggested the machine folding the programs and reformatted an area that was not centered! That mere suggestion and act brought me to tears! Leigh was definitely a light! I even told her to never doubt the impact that she is making on others in her role in Copy and Print. Because at the moment, she not only provided an invaluable service, her kindness gave me the calm and hope I needed. Maybe I needed to have a hard day just to have this memorable encounter with Leigh. I and all the children our organization serves along with their families will forever be grateful. Our event was a success!

The customer service/tech person went above and beyond to assist me in the purchase of a printer. He also recommended accessories that I truly needed. He went on to let me know that my purchases qualified for a nice discount. He even carried my part of my items to my car and placed it in the trunk of my car. In the process of it all, I left my laptop at the store. I didn't realize it until I got home. I call the store and he answered. He let me know that he had my laptop. I went back to the store, and he was there waiting for me with my laptop in hand. I am truly pleased and satisfied with their services.

I have been a customer of this location for more than ten years, and I will continue to come there because of the great customer service.

The store was really clean and very well recovered. Everything I needed was easy to find too. The highlight was the fast, friendly cashier who was extremely knowledgeable of the products I had questions about. I love the Collierville Office Depot, it is great!

The service in the printing DEPARTMENT is GREAT! I do not go to any other Office Depot other than office Depot in Collierville TN.
I have been going to the printing Department for ten years. The staff in the printing department is professional and an experts in all printing needs.

I am from out of the area and needed some print work done. Leigh was amazing! She is knowledgable, caring and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. My experience there was unlike any at other Office Depots I have been to and it was strictly because of the care and customer service that Leigh gave. She is a gem and an asset to that business!

Great place to shop and easy to find everything I need

Had to stop in store to purchase some boxes for the office. The staff at the Poplar Ave. and Collierville location were excellent and even assisted me with getting them safely into my car during the rain. Excellent Staff!

This was the nicest and friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. Tamara was a complete angel she went above and beyond to help me. I came in five minutes before closing, and she made sure I got everything I needed with a smile on her face.

Good selection and good customer service. The store was out of stock on the item I needed and employee ordered it on line and it was shipped to my home in two days.

Not only can you buy batteries, copy paper, computers,printers,office supplies and furniture but also break room supplies such as bottled water, coffee and a variety of creamers, coffee makers and servers but cleaning and bathroom supplies and you can also get anything printed from reports to banners and signs.

The employees in the Printing Department at the Office Depot in Collierville, TN are GREAT!
