I just had the best experience at this pharmacy, I had to pick up
Several meds all were ready. My kids were being extra insane one crying about not getting a toy and the other rolling on the floor , I had to dump out my entire wallet to find my id . Bryan at the counter was so kind he talked to my kids and entertained while I searched for my id , he was extremely kind and helpful!

I really like this Walgreens store. It’s nice and new, clean and typically stocked well. Customer service has always been pleasant, especially from associate named “Chris” today. She was friendly and very helpful, love that!

I want to personally thank Alexandria pharmacy tech who assisted me on 12/18/15. She took the extra step. She has great customer service and follow through. I've been loyal to Walgreens for all my pharmaceutical needs and she has reconfirmed my trust in this business. Again, hank you very much for your service to your patients. 5***** you and everyone of them!!!!

I am from out of town and needed help finding makeup that will not come off in high temps. Stopped in at Walgreens and a girl named Carisa helped me! She is very sweet and did a great job helping me find all the perfect products I need. Thank you Lincoln, CA Walgreens for hiring a great beauty consultant who knows what she’s doing and has great taste!

I want to thank Michael at Twelve Bridges location for his excellent customer service! He was very polite and knowledgeable and without him I would have been facing another hurdle. I needed a calendar printed an hour before closing and he pulled off a miracle for me! I hope the managers recognize his dedication to the customers because this man deserves a raise... better yet, a healthy Christmas bonus is deserved ! Thanks again Michael! You are awesome!!!

Very friendly staff and clean. I live in Lincoln hills so this is very close to me and I appreciate the good customer service here. I wanted to go to their pharmacy to for my prescriptions, but they dont take my medical insurance. I go to CVS for that and they have longer lines, but decent customer service.

What a confident place to shop. Great place for medicine, snacks, and some household items.

I love Walgreens and would like to switch from CVS in Lincoln because Walgreens is much closer. There is a problem. Apparently Walgreens can't work out an agreement with the feds over providing meds for Tricare For Life patients. So I'm stuck with CVS until they do, and Walgreens says this is unlikely. According to Walgreens there are many customers who would like to switch but can't for then reason listed above.

CVS was once reliable but they have made two serious mistakes with my prescriptions in the last week. In addition the wait in line to get your prescriptions at CVS is often too long. The staff is pleasant and courteous but that isn't enough.

Great variety. Prescription drugs, supplements, food items, snacks, candy, makeup, health items hair care products, too many items to mention.
