CEFCO Convenience Store

Best CEFCO Store In Belton. The only one I feel comfortable in. The other one within the area either dirty or out of products. Also I feel as an essential worker A USPS worker we should at least me allowed free ice or even 1 drink for the extreme summers. I paid for all refills with a CEFCO cup all summer at CEFCO on holland road 614 w ave O. Yes it’s policy but just a insight for a thought for the essential workers

Stopped to use the bathroom at approximately 11:30 am on 5-14-20. Neither mens room stall had toilet paper. I brought it to the attention of the store employee. He said he was aware of it. I asked if there was a roll available to put in the bathroom. His snooty response was I don't believe so. This isn't the first time the employees have been less than cordial at this store. . If he responses he was busy it's not the trurh.

We go to this store daily and these employees always know what we need as soon as we get to the counter. They are great with everyday faces and make you feel very welcome! My husband and I highly recommend this store and their staff

Ample parking for those not getting gas. Friendly staff, always well stocked (cups, stirrers, lids, etc.)

I went into this location a couple a weeks ago to get gas and attempted to get cash back and was told I couldn’t get cash back for gas purchases which was fine. I needed the cash back so I got a cup of ice and tried to get it that way and this made the person at the register mad and she begin raise her voice. I asked her why was she yelling and she proceeded to scream at me to get out of her store and when I asked why she stated that she was going to call the police simply because I questioned why she was refusing to service me. She lied to the police and told them I was being aggressive and I have it all on video. Abusing 911 is getting out of hand and there are way too many black men affected by this trend. My mother even called attempting to speak with a manager and this same cashier refused to give a name and hung up on her. I will not only never give this location my business again, but if she isn’t reprimanded I will not go to any other locations.

Not a place I'll stop at again. My family and I
travel often and we stop at cefcos often. This is one I will make sure to never use again! The lady at the counter greeted us as we came in but really sounded like she could careless. The second employee was standing at the counter talking with his girlfriend. My daughter and I went to use the bathroom. There were storage bins pilled up in the bathroom, the sink faucet was broken, the toilet paper holder was missing the cover piece, the toilet paper in the holder had a huge dirty handprint on the side like someone had been cleaning mud or dirty and then slapped the roll on, the toilet was scratched up and dirty, but the worst is that there was a sign on the wall saying please do not throw toilet paper or paper towels in the toilet! So used toilet paper just goes in the trash!?! Clean your store and make it look presentable! This is a management issue, your store is not up to par with cefco standards!

The girl at the front didn't ID the people for lottery tickets, cigarettes or alcohol. I go to purchase a single pack of cigars and she IDs me. Seemed a little racist.

Customer service lacks here and the night crew talks rude too. If you want someone nice it's best to not come here.

Dumb girl behind the counter seems like she is high or something wouldn't let me use 2 coupons in one transaction when i was buying 4 of the items
