Factory outlet store has been a lifesaver especially when you have to have a hands-free device in your car I do highly recommend this place to finding that right Plantronics device for your Bluetooth needs they have the best prices around and the best selection and it was so easy to fill out the order and have it shipped to you. Every question I had for customer service was answered in a very timely and efficient manner. I wish every company had such excellent service as Humminbird. I would recommend them to anyone.

i bought a plantronics headset Order Receipt #FOS10179801E. They sent me a used one where the charger and the headset had streaks and cuts. They all came in a ziplock bag.Even the name plantroincs was erased. Sent several emails but still not resolved. Please do not trust this business

Ordered 3 furnace filters which were represented as being Honeywell. What I received were a totally generic filter, not the same dimensions as what I needed, so unusable. Per their return policy, I would be charged a !5% restocking fee, also charged for the original shipping costs, and also have to pay $68 dollars to ship the items back.....so on a $100 purchase, I was going to get at most $10 back. Please think long and hard about using this company. Please also check for the hundreds of complaints they have with the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered replacement parts with next day delivery on line. On delivery date, received a not items were on back order. I will never use Factory Outlet Store again. A single star rating is to high!

WARNING. Do not buy any Motorguide products from this store. They answer the phone as Motorguide, but they are NOT Motorguide. I ordered a trolling motor and did not get what I ordered. Their ad was false and misleading. The ad clearly indicated that a foot control was a part of the package. However, it was not enclosed. After a dozen phone calls, my only response was to return the product. They would then sell me a more expensive unit. After contacting Motorguide direct, I was told that the advertising was indeed false and the Factory Outlet store was not affiliated with them.

Like others ahead of me, I cannot recommend this company. I bought a gps but the description was incomplete meaning it did not match my needs. 15% restocking fee. I can accept deducting the original shipping but the amount was more than double that. Additionally I had to pay return shipping. Return of $200 gps cost me $47.00

Very disappointed!! I ordered a new Plantronic headset that I received clearly used. The Headset was not charging. I call customer service to complain. They told me to call Plantronics headquarters. The rep gave me a international # to call. I advise the rep that I’m in New York I can’t call international. I ask for a local or toll free # And the rep replies google it. The nerve of him. To make matters worst, I sent back the headset for a refund which I had to pay for shipping and they deducted Another $50 from the refund . I may have lost a total of $70 but you lost a lot of customers. I inform my entire staff working from home about my interaction with your factory outlet store. That’s about. 2000 Long Island workers strong. Never again. I ordered my replacement from staples.

Would give zero starts if I could. Was sent two of the wrong wires, of the four I ordered. No problem, I sent back for an exchange multiple times, paying shipping each time for THEIR mistakes. Never reimbursed called multiple times spoke to agents who couldn't help. Said a supervisor would call back every time never got a call.... stay away !

This "store" is a scam. Buyer beware. Purchased a Polycomm soundbar based upon their "unconditional return guarantee." Spoke with them- they told me about the guarantee; looked at their website - read unconditional guarantee; when I purchased the goods- guarantee printed on invoice. Called the VERY next day to cancel. They told me I could not because the good had "already shipped." Told me all I had to do was wait to receive the good and they would give me instructions on how to return the item. Subsequently received a FedEx notification saying that the soundbar actually drop-shipped shipped from a location in Avon, Ohio. This was several days after I was lied to about the soundbar alledgedly shipping. They did not have the soundbar "in-stock" at their factory (bwahahahaha). I waited until I received the soundbar and immediately called back for return instructions. I own a law firm and we stayed on top of this. The same (and apparently ONLY employee) that told me I could return the item "no problem" told me that I could NOT return the item due to "COVID-19." Beyond a transparent BS story- simply justification to try and rip people off. Cancelled with PayPal. They are aware that this is a fake front "factory." They drop-ship items and WILL NOT TAKE RETURNS. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A SCAM. Considering lawsuit. If you have been burned get in contact. I had to give at least one star to post a review. Otherwise they would receive a zero.

How is this operation allowed to continue to do business? How is this operation allowed to use Plantronics name? I ordered a new headset and they sent a cheaply packaged used headset. I do not know if it is contaminated with COVID-19, but who would ship used telephone headsets during a pandemic?

I waited a month for cell phone batteries that never arrived. Now I am waiting for a refund. I never would place an order if I had read these reviews. What a rip off.

Really bad, this company really do not care about the customers, I would never shop here again. Bad customer service.

This is a scam company, and should not exist. Do not buy here!!!! The issues are all similar.
