Party City

Christina was phenomenal in assisting me with balloon decorations for a corporate retirement party (12/01/2023). I did not have an appointment, yet she came to the floor to help. She was professional, patient and keenly aware of color coordinating and ensuring the decorations were fun, balanced but not over-the-top. Had I attempted this on my own it would have been an unsightly mess. So impressed by her that I shared the experience with their corporate headquarters in New York. Thanks Christina for creating a wonderful visual ambience for our gathering. Your
enthusiasm and expertise are an example for associates everywhere! I also appreciate that the balloons were not only delivered, but properly placed - I did not expect that extra touch!

I was in a last minute crunch because a friend bailed on making decorations for my party. Arnaldo was very helpful and helped reduce my stress with my demands- haha. I showed up an hour before they closed and he was able to help me with no problem. This locations staff is friendly and I feel like they have a bigger selection than other local ones. Thanks!

We needed some balloons in a pinch for a last minute party for out of town friends and found a nice pre-filled bunch of balloons that worked great. When we went to pay for them, the cashier offered to refresh the air in the balloons. I didn't even notice they needed it, and I would have been fine with how they were, but I could tell a difference afterwards and appreciated them doing that. The balloons were a big hit at the party!

On the occasion that I need to shop here, I am always amazed at the excellent selection and extremely cheap prices. Aside from having supplies to accommodate almost any themed party, they have an excellent selection of cheap dinnerware - I especially like them for their affordable punch bowls and beverage serving jars. If I had kids, I would pick-up cheap party-favors here for every birthday party. The staff is always helpful and courteous.

I’m not quite sure where the negative reviews are coming from, but I think these guys are great! As a first time Mom celebrating her daughter’s first birthday they helped me soooo much this morning! Ilma was wonderful and asked every question I had and didn’t seem annoyed with them at all...which I THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR!! My balloons were done way before I was done picking up last minute items. You guys are great! Thanks so much!

This is a great place to get anything for almost any type of party. I always come here for helium balloons and other themed party supplies for birthday parties. Prices are very comparable to other stores but there are more options here. Employees are very helpful and want to make sure you leave with what you need.

The young lady, who assisted me with my purchase, was an absolute angel. She explained to me the process for Party City's Curbside Service. She was one busy person taking care of other customers and assisting me. I can't say enough about her sparkling personality and swiftness in getting purchases to customers.

I wanted to say that I had a fantastic service at this location. I believe the employee that helped me was named Ahsan, although I may have spelled that wrong. He was very positive and friendly. I also want to apologize to the employees on shift for arriving so close to closing time. But thank you all so much!

These guys were slammed at opening on a Sunday full of customers who were impatient and full of attitude. They sorted everyone out professionally without losing their cool Good on yall

Party City in Bloomingdale IL is our favorite place for party favors.

If you can't find exactly what you need here you're not checking all the aisles. They have everything you could possibly need here. The staff is very helpful and prices are good

The store is huge and I love all of their stuff! We went in for St. Patty's stuff and there was so much to choose from!
