Absolutely fun and such a great idea for sentimental gifts for family. The prices are up there, it is a splurge to do; HOWEVER there are different packages, items and bundles to look through AND coupons available from time to time if you look for them, just be sure to read fine print.
My siblings and I worked with Photographer Michael. He was an absolute joy: he was patient and informative, creative and flexible, fun and funny to work with the entire time! I was 100% please with the Service I was given on 12/20/23. Miss Violetta was very busy putting out racks of clothing. I stopped her for assistance.We found what I needed it. The purchase of 5 BRAS! Excellent customer service!

Our favorite store in Parks Mall Arlington. My wife loves to go there. The best place for clothing needs and home stuff. The prices are reasonable. The sales events run year long. $10 off $10 and $10 off 25 coupons are sent out very often during the year. They have a big collection of seasonal items for all seasons and especially for holidays seson.

I had not been to JCPENNEY in a very long time, actually many years. But I went to look for particular housewares. Fantastic store. What a surprise. Cookware that was just what the home chef within me needed. And got my hair done, I didn't want a cut or neded color but needed a nice curl for evening out. My hair is unmanageable sometimes. A+ in service and courtesy. So nice, friendly and polite.

Great prices, especially this time of year. Good selections based on what you're looking for.

Today I was privileged to meet a young man by the name Eric at this studio. He salvaged a bad situation where my appointment was initially cancelled. He cared, he had empathy, he understood my initial disappointment, he went above and beyond his call of duty to take my family pictures. He did an amazing job, amazing does not really describe how professional this young man was. He made my sons laugh, helped them pose effortlessly for pictures. Eric l, please keep being who you are and the sky will be your limit. Great Job our pictures turned out perfect. Thank you for the quick turnaround and what a happy ending to an initial bad situation. Thank you for calling us back when the power came back, he was not part of the team the cancelled our appointment due to power failure but he sought us out in their system to help us, we were rebooked for 5.30 pm in Fort Worth after our 1pm was cancelled but Eric stepped in and had us back in Arlington by 4.30pm when their power came back and fixed the situation. I am a happy customer, he even upgraded us with 2 years membership. #Grateful heart

For the first time in years I went to Penneys at Parks Mall. I was surprised at how friendly and helpful all of the staff were. I mean from the time I entered until I completed shopping. Also the store is neatly organized an the merchandise is excellent. I will become a regular as it's the way American businesses use to operate. Congratulations to your wonderful employees and to whoever reorganized JC Penneys.
P.S. Now my wife wants to go shopping there.

Went in got a few things from the jewelry department, and my new best friend Doaa was amazing! She was helpful and even took the links out of my watch. Whenever you're there ask for her and she'll definitely take good care of you!😊

I went to the jewelry department 2 times in 3 days. Both ladies that helped me were very patient, kind and knowledgeable. They even got me to buy a diamond ring when I was there shopping for a gift for someone else. I’m very appreciative for their knowledge and patience. Thank you ladies.

Great they have sales going on in every department. I got a new dress for myself and a top for my 7 year old granddaughter for $4.05 and my grandson on the way an outfit and booties.

I realize Malls are supposedly dying, but you wouldn't know that from walking through this store. It has a vibrant atmosphere and the staff is exceptional - always courteous and helpful. And the clothes are great. You can get some really good deals if you spend a little time. I'd choose this over any box store any time.

Purchased several items of clothing. Nice selection. Very good prices (most were on sale). Very courteous check out.

The sales in the back for big and tall are a great deal. All of the clothes were folded neatly. I was able to get a shirt and jeans for $23. The two workers Hailey and Vina were really great and helpful during checkout. The store itself is a two story shop that spans a great area with many styles of clothes and shoes. It includes escalators and a elevator. The vibe of the store is clean with a red tint on most of the store.
