Fun household and art treasures. Good prices and friendly staff. Check out the upper level, too.

Books are more expensive compared to Goodwill (another fun haunt that has lots of product turn-over). This place has terrific prices on finer items that one wouldn't find at a thrift store, and certainly not priced like local antique stores.

Look at: porcelain; lamps; finer art; jewelry. Small electrics and toys, too. The collection of small tables, side chairs and art seems to change every time I go!

Parking is easy out front.

Just came back from the Bargain Loft in Herndon with a bag of treasures. I used to go to a variety of Thrift stores, but this is my favorite, and I rarely go to others anymore. The quality of items in others stores have decreased, but the Bargain Loft continues to get quality treasures at a reasonable price. Kevin and his staff of volunteers are wonderful, and sometimes we just end up chatting. The store is pristine and the items are cared for and displayed well. If you are thinking od donating your own treasures that you no longer have room for, this is the place to do it. They respect your items for the value they are. Just love this place!

Thurs is a wonderful little non-profit thrift shop with surprisingly good stock and friendly staff. I'm not sure how often they do this, but the staff were eager to give a discount on items that had been sitting around in the shop for a while. Also there's a bin of free stuff outside.

Lot's of pretty things, I try not to take my wife because she loves the jewelry case so much. I often find something useful for computers or cell phones in the upstairs area. Got my kindle there, works like a champ!

Came here looking for a small desk and luckily they had one. Also found a weight set and a pewter cup. Clean and well displayed items and the staff was very friendly.

Great place to find little treasures. At times you can score a big hit. I have patronized here for close to 40 years.

Small but wide variety of thrift items. Don't forget to go up the stairs to see more items. Sales benefit local residents.
