Went to the Collierville store, they had a great selection and very helpful staff.

The Home Depot never disappoints as being the largest home improvement retailer.

Had to share bc Peyton went above and beyond and followed up! We are doing a remodel in our home. Went to pick up my online orders and had to switch a vanity. She refunded and then went herself and got the new one. Missing part of my order and she went with me and helped pick out a replacement. Had to wait on that particular refund. She called me first thing this morning…a week later…and confirmed the refund and that the last of my order had delivered! This girl is an example of a great employee that understands her job and has great customer service skills! She’s definitely the kind of employee that you would want to retain! Thank you, Peyton!

This location is very convenient for us while working in the Collierville area. The store is always stocked, the checkout points move faster than other locations, and the team is very helpful.

I use this Home Depot frequently. The store has transitioned over the years to a better store. Employees do not offer assistance own their, but they do help when asked.

I like the selection of tools they carry. I have learned the store snd makes it easier to find what I want.

Their self check has never been closed and only one cashier ringing when I have been there.

You name it they have it for your home sweet home decor and buildup

A very good location for all home needs. Never crowded and always find items well stocked. Employees are friendly and always there to help. Also prices are super reasonable. I would prefer to shop here first than any other home improvement stores in my area.

Great service. Tedra helped us with our LG fridge purchase, and she could not have been more delightful. The store was in good order, and had everything we needed, but Tedra is really what made it such a nice experience.

Keith at the Collierville Home Depot is incredible!!! I cannot recommend him enough. He has made our experience amazing while we are constantly in and out while doing home renovations. Ask for Keith anytime you need anything!

I came in for a couple things but ended up with more then i could carry. charles was already helping me with finding things around the store, when he saw i was running out of room for items, he brought me a more substantial cart, loaded it for me and even help me put it in my truck. these employees will assist you and look out for you while your there. Even the lady working on the hooks isle was very friendly and informative. this is a great store.

The kids build on Saturday was amazing! They had a firetruck, police car, donuts, free chick-fil-a coupons. You also got to build and paint your project! Outstanding!

Customer service was absolutely amazing. Helped with getting keys made, STAT SERVICE, MS. Dawn at self check out super sweet, MS. Zelm(?), I think I'm spelling her name correctly, but she was a doll, she assisted me all the way to check out. My sister and I always argue or disagree about what or silly things like who's going to pay the ticket, I think we startled MS. Dawn, however we all had a good laugh and today was a great day.

I had an experience that needed improvement and the store manager, Marquee Hall, did all that he could to correct it. My previous review was a lengthy one detailing my frustration. I deleted it because I am grateful for the lengths he went to make me a satisfied customer. Thank you, Mr. Hall! I can now work in my yard!

Home i moved into 2014 mailbox was damaged. Heathens making u turns on my street hit my box. Got mailbox and numbers here. Got metal post from amazon.

A great store for all of your home repair, updates, gardening supplies and flowers. They have done an excellent job keeping up with the high demands during the pandemic!! They have kept hand sanitizers and wipes for health protection and seemed to have worked hard to get stock out and provide more assistance. I like their organization.

Update: looks like they have earned their fifth star back. More employees around which equals more stuff on the shelves. Still some supply issues but that is expected. Nice job HD.

If you need it you can usually find it here. Covid has ruined the five star rating of this store too. Understaffed and there is almost always something I need that has an empty spot on the shelf. I have to hunt someone down to reluctantly get that big ladder thing and retrieve a box from the top shelf. With more staff I'm sure more stuff would be getting stocked on the shelves.
