Sage was immensely helpful with getting my service set up on my phone. He was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. Being an Android user it was refreshing to see that he wasn't the typical salesperson that tends to push Apple products. and He knows the Android ecosystem very well and it shows in his confidence when presenting a product to a customer.

When it's time to upgrade again, I will certainly be returning to this store. Highly recommended!

Zac worked with me to choose the right plan for me(met my needs, but economical) and did not seem rushed. He gave me the time and patience I needed. He helped me choose the devices that accommodated my lifestyle. He was kind and informative. I'm still not entirely comfortable with technology; he placed me at ease. You should be proud to have him represent your company. He made me glad I chose AT and T.

Zach was awesome! Very helpful and informative. Place closed at 8:00 and we went beyond that time and he still had another customer waiting after us. Never once did we feel rushed. When we left he gave us his card and said he’s there for anything we may need.

Zachary was by himself and I waited about 15 minutes until he was done with the customer before me. Once, he was done he helped me to get a trade in. He was thorough, help me save money with my employer discounts. Overall, I had a good experience while I was there and if any questions or concerns, Zachary is the man!

Sage was beyond helpful, he transferred all the important information off my old iPhone to my new phone. He also helped me with closing the right phone case. I would recommend Johnston AT&T and Sage to anyone. He is a true professional!

I normally don't right reviews but I had to! I have had nothing but horrible experiences with the 3 AT&T stores I've been to. I was at the point where I was actually going to change carriers. I went
to the Johnston, RI store recently and was blown away by the service I received from Sage! He was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I will never go anywhere else!

Sage was an excellent customer service representative. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in all ways. We were on hold with AT&T for a while but he assisted others while continuing to help us at the same time.

I would like to give a shout out to Zach, the new store manager, and thank him for making my most recent AT&T experience not only successful, but also (I can't believe I am saying this about anything AT&T) pleasant, and enjoyable! Wow.

My history with the company up until now, has been exactly the opposite of this most current experience. So, when AT&T turned their 3G network off a few weeks back, and I could no longer get or receive calls with my perfectly good Note 8 (which a phone rep said would be fine making the transition to 5G), I was terrified and despondent just thinking about the hell I anticipated I would have to go through to get this problem resolved.

My despondency was based in an insane string of frustrating, traumatic, and bizarre interactions with both phone based and in store AT&T customer reps (dozens), over the course of days, weeks, and even months (!), to get several AT&T generated issues resolved. I won't go into details, but suffice to say, I was not looking forward at all to dealing with anything AT&T again.

I decided to pick a store out of my immediate area because of previous bad experiences at my local stores, and randomly chose the branch in Johnston. I am so glad I did - because as luck would have it, Zach had just been made the store manager. Walking in, he immediately helped me to feel at ease, with his openness, and fact-based transparency, even though I told him from the get go that I did not trust anything AT&T.

He quickly presented all of my available options, while not pressuring me in any way. He also guaranteed that whatever I chose, he would be there, and would help me through whatever happened, and would make everything okay.

So, we ordered a new phone, and when it showed up at my house, I drove it to the store and let him take care of transferring all my data from the old phone to the new one. It took a while (I have a lot of important stuff on my phone because I use it for everything) and he sent me home with both phones so I could go through them and make sure that everything I needed was there. I did find a directory of documents that didn't transfer, so I had the opportunity to catch that and transfer it over separately.

When I returned to the store the next day, he took care of wiping all the data off of the old phone, and showed me a bunch of tricks to use on my new phone, and made sure I had a receipt that clearly stated what was going to happen with the trade in deal and when. He also promised to help me if AT&T didn't do what they promised.

The whole time I was there, over the course of three visits, Zach was cheerful, helpful, and professional with every customer who came in, all the while multi-tasking up a storm. I saw a lot of customers come in ready for a fight, and leaving as friends - Zach has a way of making people feel better about having to deal with AT&T - he loves his store, his customers, and he somehow loves AT&T... Which is kinda hard to believe, but I'll believe it if he does.

Thanks Zach!

I came into the store to get a new phone. The sales person that helped me out an amazing job. Took his time explaining everything to me. Also helped me change my plan and help me get the best service for my family. I would definitely go back to this location because the employees there know how to treat their customers. Thank you again Zack you did an amazing job and I love my new phone.

This is a great location due to the employees that work here. Matt and Akeem have been at this store for a while now. If you've visited this store, it's like you've been helped by one of them. They are both very knowledgeable in what they do. I've been here a few times now since I moved to the area and I can honestly say they have always been straight forward with me and have always gotten me the best deals.

The service is why I gave it 5 stars. Otherwise, I would say the store could use a face-lift. The store feels a bit empty. I also noticed they don't have a huge display of merchandise like other AT&T stores I've been to.

I was so happy when I stopped in the spoke to Lysah Russell the only Female sales representative at the store. She was the only person who was able to speak to me in either Spanish or English and most of all she was very kind. I felt that she had an amazing skill of being Patient with me and discussing every detail about the prices and the benefits of everything I was getting. I like how she didn’t assume what I could afford or that I knew things I didn’t. As an elderly person I need someone who still treats me like a person. I didn’t get the feeling like she was just trying to sell things I didn’t need to me, she made me feel like she was talking to her own family member and setting them up with a phone. The only negative thing I would say is I did not like her manager Matthew. I felt that her manager was intrusive in her conversation with me by constantly correcting the way she relayed the information even though I understood everything I needed to and as if he was trying to make her sell me more things I might not needed. I know how sales people are but I felt a big disconnect between her genuinely tending to me and when he would walk over and say something to either her or me. I would have been happy if he trusted he had a great person on staff and only let her take care of me. Overall, I had a great experience and I hope that Lysah stays at this store so I know I’ll be taken care of every time I want to stop by.
