AT&T Store

My iPhone 11’s battery literally expanded enough to rip my screen off of my phone on 8/17/24. On 8/18/24, I went to the Riverhead, NY AT&T store and dealt with a delightful lady named Candy. She explained every option, and we chose a new phone.
She told us to go have lunch, and she would call my wife’s phone when everything was transferred over. About an hour later, she called, and we picked up my new phone.
I cannot say enough good things about Candy and the AT&T store in Riverhead.
I would recommend them highly!!

It was a great experience, and the staffs especially Nancy, was very knowledgeable and guided me in finding the right phone that matches my wants/need. The experience was seamless and Maurice and I are happy with our phones

I didn’t get a survey, so I wanted to let someone know what an awesome experience I had at this store on Christmas Eve. I was last minute shopping and stopped by and was helped immediately. The lady that helped me was Nancy and she was very kind and helpful, so was everyone. Everyone seemed to be in the holiday spirit, happy and helpful. I say that cause it wasn’t my experience in other stores on Christmas Eve. Everyone had a great attitude even though everyone working was obviously sick.

The service tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. Camala was great to work with.

Never had a bad experience here. They are always professional and really know what they are doing. I had an issue with my phone and in no time at all she fixed it. I know her name but can’t remember it right now. She used to be the manager at the store in Southampton.

I just want to say that I didn’t get the lady’s name that helped me today but she was across the board professional. I hardly ever leave reviews but this is the first one I do and it’s well worth it. She was great with customer service and she got me in and out in no time. I believe this young lady is the manager there and she deserves a raise. Took take it 3 customers at the same time and got them on the road within the hour or so. Amazing you don’t see this type of work ethic.

Today I stopped in the ATT store at this location Riverhead and this woman luciana did great things for me. She was wonderfull. I'm frank giustino

I have never been in a retail store with such pleasant, helpful people!!! EVERY SINGLE person in this store was willing to help. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I always buy my AT&T iPhone from Apple directly. When I need a new one I will 100% come out here to purchase it. This store is what ALL retail stores should strive to be. Evelin and Nancy took the time to explain and help me set up my purchase. Without sounding like an old man, LOL, this type of customer service seems to be disappearing except for this store. Thank you for training and hiring properly.

The manager , I believe her name was Nancy, really helped me figure out how to lower my elderly mom's bill as she was being charged a 6GB when she was only using 0.77 in cellular data, the rest of her calls were over wifi.

I so appreciate her taking the time to help me. I will definitely go back there as we use AT&T as our carrier also.

Twice now I have had the pleasure of being assisted by Josselin. She is a wealth of knowledge and was incredibly patient with my non technologically minded friend. She was friendly and took the time to explain all of his options. His first visit to the store he was “helped” by a gentleman who not only misinformed him of his options but sent him up the block for a $200 repair that didn’t even get his phone working. On his 2nd visit to the shop Luciana was another incredible customer service rep that gave us a great deal of help.

My son who is on my account was having trouble with his phone service. I walked in to get assistance. Welcomed warmly and immediately. Evelyn looked up account and quickly helped. Friendly and professional

I’m not sure if he spells his name as Dylan or Dillon but this young man was so cheerful about helping his customer that I actually wanted to spend more money in the hopes of upping his commission. In addition, I noted that the staff in the store in Riverhead was very warm and helpful in general. I went there some years back and had a rather bad experience-sure seems like they’ve turned this place around and I would recommend it to anyone.

Josselin was amazing! She helped and answered all my questions and was so patient and really knew her products. Will def be returning in the future.

I had the most amazing experience today at the AT&T store in Riverhead, N.Y. Luciana was absolutely amazing and helped me to get things done that my wife and I were trying to get done for over 5 days over the phone. She was courteous and professional, and absolutely knew her stuff. A great employee

James & Barbara and the rest crew always do a great job on helping me out. They are very patient and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them if you have any issues or need a new phone. They will explain everything to you so you won’t be surprised once you get your monthly bill

My husband and I came into the store to connect his mew phone. Due to a stroke he is limited to walking or standing. We were lucky enough to have had Sarah Ann help us. She sat with him on the bench because he could not sit in a chair. So sweet extremely patient and very professional. I highly recommend this store Sarah is for sure an asset to AT&T

I had the most pleasant experience at this store. A young lady whose name is Barbara was sweet enough to help me and show me every feature on the phone that she has in the store and the different contracts that they offer. She got me when she offered me a free phone.
Definitely recommending to all of my friends and family!

One of the utter best experiences I have had with costumer service. I was having a difficult time
Unlocking my mobile device from one carrier to another until Ted the manager takes his time to help me through my inconvenience. He was kind and understanding along with patient. Sincerely wouldn’t recommend any other at&t highly satisfied with my experience and with the kindness I was dealt with.
