Rainbow drop orion? More like cats in a bowling alley. But I'm not picky, it hits good. The atmosphere is very comfortable and cozy and the staff was very sweet to me. They sell these cool mushroom felt crafts that were really cute and I felt at home. 10/10 would hit the vape again. Thanks.

Wide variety of amazing quality juices, vapes, and other things. Extremely kind owner who cares about his customers. Shop is clean & decorated cool. Prices are lower than others in the area. I highly recommend this vape shop! I had a great experience & will be a returning customer.

The man who helped me whome I assume is the owner was amazing. He didn't try to upsell me he got me what I needed and then showed me how to use everything to. If you need a place for your juice I highly recommend going here.

Absolutely fabulous customer service, products at an ACTUAL reasonable price. Came in to buy a new ecig and Ryan helped me. He listened to every single one of my complaints, and my rant for weird standards for a painful amount of time. Instead of selling me the highest priced items, he showed me only what would solve each problem I expressed. No distracting bells and whistles, or promises of technological magic I wouldn't understand. He ONLY showed me what would solve those very specific problems. If he had tried to sell me something super expensive, I probably would have just bought the ecig and felt a little guilty about spending money. But knowing I was getting *exactly* what I want, I absolutely bought everything that could go along with it (coils, batteries, everything) and am extremely satisfied. Great products, prices, and knowledgeable employees who have the patience of saints and good taste in comic books.

Update 2023, still the best shop around!Ryan the manager was outstanding and happily answered all my questions. They introduced me to the juice head disposables and they are the best I've tried! Cant recommend this place enough!

The best shop I've been to. The customer service was outstanding and the owner was great and finding juices I liked and I haven't found many of their flavors anywhere else. I will continue to come to this shop anytime I'm in town!

Best vape shop I'd say I've been to, I like how they price their juice and coils, very convenient. The guys there are pretty cool, there have been a few shops I have been to where the guys rolled their eyes at a new customer asking about what they carry and what they would personally suggest. The owner is pretty cool and actually works in his shops and not just stand around and brag about being the owner. The best part is they don't sell cloned equipment at authentic prices, I don't think they sell clones at all. Keep up the good work guys!!

Best experience I've had at any vape store! Jesse was very knowledgeable about all the products without being pushy. I'm a difficult customer because I know what I don't like but I have no idea what exactly I do like. He took it all in stride and did his best to send me out the door with a juice I would love. I will absolutely be back!

Visited late last night. The staff were incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices are decent. They don't sell disposables because they're very expensive and you thrown away shortly after the purchase.

Fabulous customer service! One of my friends that was with me had her toddler child & staff kindly explained she could not be in the store. We agreed that we understood the law/policy of this & she stood outside while I received service on my vape needs. The only negative subject matter that I have is the EXTREMELY small selection of vape liquids & brands. Would like to have a larger selection of liquid brands & flavors to choose from.

I had vaped a few years ago and went back to the dark side. My wife talked me into getting back into it. So we decided to stop here and see what they had. I'm so glad we did, they are not only very knowledgeable, but extremely friendly. The store is very clean and very comfortable to be in. You've not only helped a first time customer, but have gained some lifetime customers. Also huge PROPS to offering Civil Service Discounts for Police, Military, Fire, AND EMS!!!!

Best place in town to get quality juice. The owner is a really cool guy to talk to, the bar and island is hand built and he has a signature wall if you've committed to quit smoking. Comfortable lounge, personally I like killing an hour when I stop by

Always enjoy my visits at 618 Vape. They have a great selection of juice, mods and pretty much anything you need. The staff are always courteous, knowledgeable and best of all not pushy. They answer most questions and give decent demonstration of how to use the product.

When I decided to use vaping to quit smoking, I did some research and found that 618 vape had pretty positive reviews. After stopping in, I see why. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, and made sure that I knew not only how to use my new vaporizer, but also how to assemble it and perform basic maintenance. I'm very happy with the exemplary customer service, and will definitely be coming back.

Went in looking for a replacement tank for the battery I already had and the owner, I believe he was the owner anyway, was extremely helpful. He explained that unfortunately he no longer carried the style of tank I needed and he honestly seemed like he felt bad about it. Then he went to a box of extra parts that his customers gave to him when they upgraded. He found a tank that worked better then the last one I had. He had it cleaned and gave it to me for free! While he was getting it ready for me he showed us his vape bar and encouraged us to sit down and try some flavors to see what juice we liked. Theres not a whole lot of places with this level of customer service and even fewer places that save extra products to help out their customers for free. Amazing set up for the store and amazing customer service. Wether your a veteran or a newbie like me this store is definitely worth stopping in to check out.

Don't be fooled by the somewhat seedy area and so-so storefront. Inside is the classiest vape shop I've visited (even including the shops I have been to in the vaping Mecca, the San Francisco Bay Area), yet the prices are very reasonable. The customers and staff are also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The only shop I've found that is its equal is Vaporized in Oxford, MS (the largest shop in Mississippi).

Amazing shop with a friendly atmosphere. The owner Jason is very friendly and his staff are all professional and very helpful. The discount for SIU students at 618 is very beneficial. It's also a nice place to just hang out and vape and relax.

The gentleman at the Carbondale location that was working last night was very professional and made sure he waited on each person in order that came in. It was definitely busy for one person to handle, but he did great. He also showed and put together my new Smok. Definitely recommend to any who whats to start or is vaping, prices are fair, and atmosphere is awsome

This place is fantastic for everything vape related. They have a wide variety of E-liquids, Mod boxes, Tanks, CBD oils and accessories. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable, also if you are in law enforcement/corrections you will get a 10% discount. Will definitely keep returning for all my vaping products.

Great customer service , great juice . I visited Carbondale on a hunting camping trip and ran out of juice . 618 recommended me a apple butter juice and I must say it's amazing. I ended up also buying a tank I have had my eyes on for quite some time just because I was extremely willing to support business at 618. Could not be more pleased with my experience.
