The UPS Store

I’ve not left review for places but this time I feel like I have to. Jenna is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond trying to help finding my missing receipt to proof a return I did. She could just said there’s nothing else she could do after first try but she keeps trying. I really appreciate her genuine effort and time.

My daughter and I stopped in today needing a last minute large print of 36" x 72" for her college design class. Jenna gave us amazing service and was able to resize the file and print it for us. As we waited for the print to finish, we watched them provide good customer service for each person they helped.

Burga is such a wonderful asset to UPS! She did an amazing job…. was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly! That’s hard to find nowadays!

Fast service, private mailboxes, printing and shipping. Great location with professional staff.

Top notch service at this location, I would highly recommend. I was assisted by Caleb who not only assisted me thoroughly in shipping an important package but, also attended to all customers quickly and with excellency even though he was managing the store on his own and it was, at times, busy. The staff (who I have worked with) at this location are top notch and their service is of high caliber. I hope the employees are adequately compensated and acknowledged for their work ethic and their wages are reflective of their efforts.

Excellent customer service here always courteous! Get's ppl in & out pretty quick. This UPS store is the only store I shop. I'm closer to the one in Green but Wadsworth rocks it out better than the rest! ☮🕊

I have been here numerous times and the staff is ALWAYS fantastic - courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. My favorite is the European lady (I believe she is German but can’t remember her name… apologies) who brightens my day EVERY time I see her. She is such a bright, beautiful, and lovely person! This UPS is under fantastic management in my opinion. 5 stars

I was assisted by Trevor today, 7/8/23. It was quite busy when I was there and he never lost his cool or appeared to be overwhelmed. In fact, I needed extra help with labeling a package properly and he took his time with me. It was a very good experience.

What a great place with incredible staff! Colin ( I hope that is his name) answered my call and assured me he would receive my online order and print it timely. 15 minutes later I walked into the store and he handed me an envelope with my copies. Such a refreshing thing to go to a store with excellent customer service and getting exactly what I needed. Thank you,

I’m sorry to say that I can’t remember the woman’s name who helped me, but she was awesome! She greeted me when I entered, she apologized for the wait – which she didn’t need to do because there really wasn’t much of a weight at all – and she helped me with a smile. She had a German accent, which I also liked. I think it was German. Either way, I appreciate the customer service.

Super thankful for the quality of customer service I experienced during my UPS visit today. Trevor and Caleb were outstanding. They went above and beyond to overcome formatting issues for my printing needs, as well as cutting my invitations down with time-consuming precision. Trevor, I was so lucky to have such a determined person helping me complete my project. Caleb, I watched you work hard and efficiently as I had Trevor tied up with my job. And together, you accomplished exactly what needed to be done for me, all while being so kind and engaging. THANK YOU AGAIN. You deserve a raise. A new computer for your ease at the store. Colin was VERY helpful in printing and cutting photos for a Christmas gift. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The final product turned out just as I had hoped! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Between May and October this year the Wadsworth store on Weatherstone shipped 31 boxes of personal items including framed pictures and many breakable items across the country to the west coast. They did alot of the packing. Not one item was broken!
I would like to thank both the weekday crew and the weekend crew for being helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They showed thoughtful care for the objects I care about most. Michelle you have a wonderful crew. Please thank them all.

This store provides the best customer service. I've never walked in here without being welcomed with a friendly hello. They are so helpful and nice. I am in this store almost daily and I have never had a bad experience. The owner and all staff are awesome!

This is the most knowledgeable and well run UPS. I had an awkwardly large item I needed to send and they had solutions on how to do it. Additionally, the staff was kind in answering my questions and created a peaceful atmosphere. I would recommend this store to friends and family, plus, encourage whoever trained this team, to go and train others.

I love this UPS store and all their wonderful employees! From the first time I had to go there while I was just visiting in town (right before I moved here), I found them friendly, personable, knowledgeable and darn right fun to work with. Being that I have lots of printing and mailing, (mostly returning things I bought online) needs, I'm in there fairly often. I feel like I have friends in the UPS business : ). I'm grateful for that.

I've only ever had positive experiences at this UPS location. Yesterday, in particular, was one of them. I was there for nearly an hour trying to sort out an issue (that was the fault of Amazon, not UPS), and Trevor made what easily could have been an extremely frustrating situation a pleasant one instead.
