Excellent customer service! They more than stand behind their warranty. I recently dropped my mower off, which is 2+ years old, and told them I wanted it back in new condition. They repaired a busted weld on my deck, replaced my complete seat & seat belt, PTO switch, drive belt, blades, air filter, and replaced all the fluids. Everything was covered under warranty besides the blades, air filter, and fluids. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
