Great thrift store. The book section is very organized (by genres) which made it easy to browse through. They also have other items like clothings (although not a whole lot of men items), electronic appliances, knick knack, some furnitures, greeting cards and others. Proceeds go towards animal welfare nonprofits (Animalkind in Raleigh). Friendly staff members!

Love visiting this thrift store when I'm in the area to both donate items to and shop with. Supports shelter animals, well organized and great items and prices.

This is by far my favorite thrift shop in the area! I've gotten some really good deals on kid's and women's clothes. Highly recommend -- not to mention they raise money for dogs and cats!!

I luv this spot always finding pieces to add to my expansive silver jewelry collection. My newest piece is a Ralph Lauren silver equestrian inspired bracelet. I have been looking for this piece on ebay and poshmark to no avail. It is absolutely gorgeous in person it shines very well and compliments have been raving about my thrift store prize.

The manager, cashiers and the whole staff is awesome!!! I have seen the same manager working for many years and he speaks Spanish and English! He is very helpful with all clients and I don't know why some people have to say bad things. Anyway, the store is fantastic and they are all excellent people. I have been coming to this store since my daughter was 6 years old and now she is 17 before it was located in another address and move more closer to my home. I continue coming back because it's one of the best thrift stores I've been to in Wake County!

Selfishly I have not wanted to give this place a higher rating because I don’t want more people finding and loving it ;) this by far is one of my favorite local thrift shops. Love the variety and organization. The staff is always very friendly. Also a big fan of the cause they support

Very nicely organized! Retails has a lot of stuff, but everything is neatly organized so you don't have to dig through anything to see everything. The book section is lovely. Being a book lover, this was the first section I went to. I found a couple of books I've wanted for a while, but hadn't found yet. The staff is very nice. I was greeted as I came in and checkout was great. I would definitely recommend to anyone to visit Retails.

Amazing & helpful staff, was a wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend. One associate saw what I was purchasing and suggested a few items I hadn't seen. Huge plus! Will definitely be back.

Love this thrift store. Every day they have specials which helps move the merchandise. Since everything is donated it is nice to see a thrift store that wants to keep the merchandise moving.
Also love the fact that all the money goes to spaying and neutering cats. Great cause.
I donate in the back and then go inside to shop!

Absolutely love this place! First time I went one lady was not so nice but one bad Apple doesn't spoil the bunch! I went back today & was greeted with a smile and even laughed with the cashier. They have everything! The prices are great & they print monthly calendars with different sales each day! Today 1/17/19 the entire store is 50% off.

I really enjoyed shopping here at this store they have great prices and everyone seems to be pretty friendly. The fact that the money they make goes to save animals is a very good feeling.retails in the Selma cotton mill in Selma North Carolina are two of the best animal rescue organizations I know of. Retails doesn't have we need dogs and cats like the summer cotton mill so I don't like it quite as much but maybe one day they will

Nice size, clean, and well lit thrift store with a bit if everything. More books than I expected which was a pleasant surprise for me. Friendly cashiers.

Really enjoyed shopping here as everything is very well organized and clean and I found a few gems to help me on my journey of revamping my wardrobe. Social distancing and mask protocols are thorough and everyone, including customers, were actually following them. Would love to have bicycle parking here.

I do not know how anyone can not love this place. It is always clean and quiet. There are tons of books and clothes and misc items and yes a pet section. There is even a bathroom. I would really rate this a 4.5 because the dressing room doors are so high up that when I was trying on clothes I had to stand in the room so no one saw below my hips. Yes I am short but cmon! Besides that adore this place, and they are always doing little specials!

This store has a friendly, cheerful staff always willing to help. The merchandise mix is a great hodgepodge of great finds and their prices reasonable. Super convenient, easy to shop, an the proceeds go to spay and neuter of animals...an excellent cause.

As far as thrift stores goes this one is good for clothing. Everything is well organized and clean. They are really light on furniture, but the excellent clothing selection makes up for it. Women's clothing is about half the store. Check their calender for their daily specials.

This is one of my favorite thrift stores. It's always very neat and tidy and the staff is very friendly. I love that they help animals so that makes shopping here even better. I have found some very cool and unique things here.

Great thrift store experience. Clean fitting rooms, and apparently they have great daily deals... Was unaware that today was a 50% off day and was pleasantly surprised to hear that my loot of 3 blouses, a vest and a jacket cost only $11!!! I will be back!

I loved it. It was a small thrift store that had a lot of items. I got a bunch of fall/ winter wardrobe for a very affordable price. The clothes were clean and I got a free item because there was a small hole on it. Overall great place to find great quality clothes.

Best thrift shop this side of Raleigh. The clothes are actually cute, and clean with no holes or stains. THEY HAVE BOOOOKS! And some limited house items which are in good shape. They actually care about the quality of the product they place and unlike other thrift shops, won't sell just anything. I like that I can come here and walk out with full bags for less than $60 of cute clothes for my pre-teens.
