7-Eleven

I would like to shootout a employee at this 7 eleven. She always go above and beyond to make sure that she greet the customers, make sure it is always fresh and hot food and know the deals to earn points.Her name is Danie and I appreciate her so much. She just always willing to help and the food is amazing...Danie always busy when I came in She always willing to help but never to busy for good customers service. I just love her and this store is always clean.

Stopped to get gas and when inside to get my receipts.

The guys who work the graveyard shift are always great! Clean and fun gas station with good music and treats

This place is brand spanking new and it is a mess. The bathrooms are out of order there's no inventory put out to buy. The coffee is never made and there's trash all over inside and out. This place is nice y'all just need to hire the right employees that don't have their boyfriend or friends hanging out in the store all night.

You can never upload money because the manager doesn’t trust the black workers with the cashapp code! While u can go right across the street to family dollar and everyone in the store has knows how to upload.

You're fully capable of picking up a customers DL off the counter and scanning it. In fact, you scan things people place on the counter for a living. It's not a situation that needs to be escalated by giving the customer a hard time. You don't know what people are going through at the moment. I'd recommend additional customer service training. Literally no one goes into a gas station for a lecture in courtesy. If you want to whine, I'll give you wine. 🍷

My card was declined 3 times in two different registers, when I had enough funds in my account and the manager could not clarify why it was declining. I had to take money out of the ATM to get what I needed. I was really upset about it. Same dilemma my card keeps declining. I think they take things personally. Everytime I go there is really bad vives. They skip my reward points. I am just going to stop going there. They need to be more professional.
