When I say we had a great time in here! A great selection and a wide variety of lingerie and adult toys! Literally something for everyone! Miranda is kind and informative of the products and we enjoyed our shopping experience!

I went to Adam and Eve in Burlington for the first time last night and it was a great experience. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very clean, and has a great selection of lingerie, toys, lubes, dvds, etc. I left with a lot of goodies and had a great night. Thank you and I will be back soon!

Came in looking for a specific toy and the ladies were beyond knowledgeable, I learned more info about the item from them than the site that makes them. So excited and glad I stopped in. If I'm ever back in the area I will stop here again.

It is THE place to go for adult novelty items!

I don’t like they open the boxes and touch your product before you even take it home. It was slightly more expensive than online and also they were out of Adam and Eve cash and I only got a 10% off for next visit. No goodie bags like online. If you don’t need it now. Order online. Also, employees didn’t respect privacy. Kept asking if they could help after I politely said no.

The lady was really rude and when I got there she asked me for my ID because “I look young” I’m 20 you don’t have to give iD for a place like that. And when I asked questions about where something was she was so disrespectful for no reason. All I know is she had kinda red hair and smokes because that’s what she was doing when I got there. I really wish they had better customer service

Looks are deceiving. Store was sparsely stocked when we visited on 1/1/19. My wife and I got a giftcard for Christmas and it's not valid at other locations (Greensboro store is much better)... Can't even use it on the website. Photos of the inside of the store are not at all what we experienced. Employees were friendly and helpful, but there was just no selection. If you have a choice, go to the Grensboro store instead.

Literally just leaving. Walked in in front of another lady and only she was offered assistance. 3 ladies at the counter and I searched the whole store by myself no help offered. Still didn’t find what I want but it would’ve been nice to have someone at least offer to show me something similar. I should’ve just stopped while in Greensboro.

The young lady that came up to me when I walked in the store approached me as if I shouldn't have been there then she wanted to rush me as I looked at items and as a result of her rude behavior, I put the items that I intended to purchase down and left the store. Horrible, Horrible customer service.

Purchased two items that was neither clothing nor toys.. never opened or even taken out of the car. Brought back to return and was denied. No real reason as to why it could not be returned.

Just left this store. Horrible selection. Bought something that I was given wrong information on. Tried to immediately return it and was denied. Avoid this place and shop online.

Very friendly staff, but also very pushy. I will be shopping online from now on.
