These ladies are amazing! I took my 3 boys for back to school haircuts. All 3 of their stylists were great and their cuts were spot on. They, and another couple of ladies, were all so kind and actually seemed to enjoy their jobs and being there which can be hard to find these days. Great vibes, great experience. Highly recommend.

They are always offering rewards. The store including bathrooms are clean and the staff is super nice. The clearance areas have plenty of stuff and therefore, I will continue to be JCPretty!! Lol. Nice location

We hit the sales and CLEARANCE first and then work our way through the whole entire store!! JCP has a great shoe department and housewares!! There is something for everyone and every area of your home in this store!! Be sure to download the JCP App!! There are always extra deals and discounts in the app! It’s a great way to earn points and rewards!!

Prices are a little high, but sometimes you find a good bargain if you keep an eye out. Love the stuff though!

Went for my mom (in gold) to grab a needed item and met up with the 1st Lady (in white and olive) of our church, Greater Mt. MORIAH Baptist.... JCPenny has the best greeters ever. Thanks for always making us feel welcome and appreciated

Went to the salon and got a cut and shampoo for $60 the beautician did a great job ..I would definitely recommend this place .. I was the only customer because some beautician were off or coming in late and the manager did my hair. The first time in a long time I left satisfied after getting my hair done and it took 2 hrs..

Found a good sale.. didn't have to wait long in checkout line.

I hadn't been to Penny's in a while and today was a great day to go! The sales and deals were off the chain and I spent way more than I planned to. I did get some Birthday gifts taken care of, as well as the beginning of Christmas gifts which is wonderful.

JC Penny has a large variety for everyone in the family. I bought school u informs for my daughter at a great low price. However she did not like the fit of the pants so I returned them. The return process was quick and easy. Parking was easy. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

WONDERFUL SERVICE !!
I called looking for a shoe to exchange (gift).
I was greeted by Penney.
She answered pleasantly and asked how she could help.
When I expressed my desire, she informed me she was with a customer asked if she could place me on hold. I obliged.
She returned after looking without success but continued to search.
Penney checked by in with me at least 3 times.
Unable to find the shoe, she offered to check again if I could call before my trip to the store the following day.
Communication is Key.
That's really all customers need.
I can't make them have the product.

I found my shopping at J C penny's very pleasant. The sales clerk were very helpful , courteous, and friendly. I found everything I needed. And I would reccomend the store to all family and friends. The store was clean and the merchandise was well organized.

JCPenney always has good sales going on. I can always come here to find gifts, and even find things for myself. The employees are also very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and neat, and smells great near the Sephora make-up area.

I purchased 2 pairs of pants and a sweater. The lady who checked me out was extremely nice and helpful with my discounts. I shop here often and always get a friendly lady. Very pleased.

JC Penney is always great. It has been considerably downsized in my mind. I buy most of my stuff from Penny's online shopping. They just have way more to offer online. I used to spend hours just shopping around.

Went to return lipstick that showed "try me"after took it out of box and had lipstick on outside of box. I returned it to sephora's jcpennys on Winchester. That wasnt store I purchased at. That will be my new store now. Mario was very nice in helping me to return it. Also Sandra was redoing the receipt return. Both were very nice and VERY customer oriented. They made a customer leaving the store very happy. And no hassles,'just making an easy return
