AT&T Store

I walked in with some cell phone issues, I was greeted by the manager. His name was Kevin. He was extremely kind, and thoughtful and helped me with all of my questions and issues. Not to mention the store is so clean and smells amazing!! If you’re in the area, I would highly recommended coming into this store!

My wife and I have been here about 4 times in the past few months. Kayla and Kevin are extremely helpful and polite. They answered all of our questions and helped us get 2 new phones. When we came in and they were busy, they immediately acknowledged us and apologized for the wait. I’ve recommended them to my family and friends. We’ve had bad experiences with cellphone companies in the past, and they were such a relief.

Had a great experience when my wife and I came in to upgrade her phone. Kevin was very nice and polite. Will definitely be back and telling my family and friends to go see Kevin and his crew.

Upon my arrival into the store I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. I was there to get information on how I can go about switching my service when my contract at my current provider is up. Kevin, the manager on staff was kind and courteous. He informed me of how to go about the switch and the best time to do that. He listened to me and assessed my needs. Upon talking we discussed fiber internet- I was sold. He explained it so well even I understood it. I have now been using fiber for a little bit of time and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I will be going back to visit Kevin when my contract is up to become an AT&T customer.

The best experience I have ever had, the team was clear and transparent with me, they answered all my questions in detail and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way! The store atmosphere was positive and the store itself was clean! I will be returning for all my service needs!

Going into at&t didn’t give me high hopes when I needed internet for my apartment, but Kayla was able to completely change my mind, she answered all my questions and left me leaving the store in a short time. She was even dealing with multiple customers! I will definitely be back for all my AT&T needs.

Working with Todd was great, had an amazing experience. Kind, patient, helped me out so much I really can’t put it into words. I wish all the people in Att stores were like Todd, or just companies in general, business would be in a better place with more Todd’s in them. Even if I’m a few miles away, I know I’m coming back to this store, there’s no other option. 10/10, definitely recommend

I went into the store wanting to get an Apple Watch. James welcomed me immediately. When I said what I wanted he got Olay (I believe that is her name) to help me. She was new but was so nice and helpful. Neither of them tried to upsell me or pressure me at all, super helpful in answering all of my questions. Thank you guys!

Colton is a great asset. He told us it was his first sales job, but we knew he lied to us (positive sarcasm) because he answered every question patiently (and we had a lot of questions), stepped us through what to expect for everything during the process of switching carriers to AT&T, and even made us laugh along the way as if we were in a conversation with a friend. Keep that guy if y’all wanna continue to satisfy customers.

Colton was very helpful in getting me set up with a new phone and watch. We had to order both which I did not mind as he was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I'm very glad I took a chance by coming here after a less than pleasant experience at Aurora ATT. I will come here from now on.

Colton was the coolest, most helpful people I’ve met in my entire life. Standing 6’7” with long, luscious locks of hair, his brilliant smile was only rivaled by his willingness to help. Talking to both staff members and getting my screen cover replaced was the best part of my day. Will gladly come back for any and all phone related needs.

Great job to Mark at AT&T Streetsboro. I went in to get a new phone, and Mark the sales rep was very helpful, informative, and well versed and up to date on the current technology on the market. He gave me his honest opinion, and did not try sling me the more expensive phone. We ended up ordering my phone and when I went to pick it up Mark was off, but Eve stepped in and finished off right where Mark left off. Great Job Mark and Eve! Thanks for a great experience!!!

I bought my first iPhone here and Tyler helped me with the whole process. He’s the best. I really like how professional they are here. I would come there than any other AT&T store. All the staff were friendly, and helpful explaining how my plan works and phone. They even helped me set up my cases, iPhone, and the AT&T app. Tyler answered all the questions in a professional manner. I was treated very well and left happy. Thanks!

Went to upgrade our phones, on the first visit I got great service from Tyler. He was very helpful and and polite. On my second visit Brittany helped us and did a great job. She was patient and answered all our questions. Very happy with both visits, great employees.
