AT&T has a gem in Brandin. We swapped over 5 lines from Verizon and had so many issues so we brought it in and he was able to get it done quickly and efficiently. After that we purchased 3 screen protectors and he installed them and made sure they were perfect.

He has such and upbeat and positive attitude and I hope AT&T recognizes him.

We have many stores in Ocala fl...but the AT&T store located on 93rd st in Ocala FL has the best customer service I have ever had at an AT&T BRANCH. BRANDIN AND PABLO were both knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They took the time to explain and complete every request that I had. I would highly recommend that anyone wanting exceptional service drive the extra mile to this location. You will not be told they can't help you...mainly because they TAKE the time even when you aren't purchasing anything. I was pleased.

Ask for Brandin the store manager. Best customer service. He reviewed my plan and found ways to save me money monthly. He answered all my questions truthfully and completely. He is a pleasure to work with.

The store was very clean. The staff was very professional yanni was very knowledgeable and happy to help with any of my phone needs. He was also very knowledgeable about his promotions and happy to help. I love my new iPhone 12 that I got for for only 4$ A month. Outstanding technical knowledge and customer service!!!! The manager, Monique, got my professional grade Peplink dual modem Router up and running for the first time with an AT&T SIM card. The new AT&T prepaid data plan $55 for 100 gigs is a great deal, but without Monique's personal attention, I would not have been able to take advantage of it. Thank you for a job extremely well done!!!
