I've consistently experienced exceptional service with UPS especially during this bustling holiday season. Despite the increased work load, their staff has remained efficient, courteous and patient. Whether sending or returning packages, my encounters have always been positive. I commend UPS for their excellent work, notably, Jill, who provided exceptional service during my last visit. Keep up the outstanding job.

It's so refreshing to go to a UPS store and just be able to drop off my prepacked and pre-labeled packages without having to wait for a receipt I don't need or want. Like most things in the Citrus area, it's well worth it to take the extra drive and go into Ocala.
For anyone in Citrus County - this isn't run by the jerk that owns the franchises in Citrus Hills and Inverness, and unlike those locations, the employees are friendly and helpful.

The employees at this UPS are SO nice. I do a lot of Amazon returns, sometimes a ton at once and they’re always patient and friendly. The line gets long sometimes but they do a great job of getting people taken care of quickly.

Went there to mail a pkg.line was extremely long.i was in and out of there in about 15 min.those ppl working there get us out of there in no time. Great bunch of workers.i won't go no other place to mail.keep up the good work.love you ppl.

I went into this location and a great experience. I felt that Randy went out of his way to explain the shipping process to me. I then was helped by Jillian who took the time to explain QR Codes to me. The employees here were way nicer than any location I have frequented. Thanks ups

Good experience! I visited this store to ship an expensive and delicate item that I packed myself. There wasn’t too much of a wait when I was there.The customer service ladies at the counter were professional, proficient, courteous and friendly. I’ll use this store again!

This UPS Store location is the best. The staff is friendly, helpful and very organized.
I've brought Amazon returns several times to this location and everything went smoothly.
Twice lately I've needed notarized and witnessed documents and both times they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with making sure all documents were notarized and witnessed correctly.
(Note: This is a super busy location, so be advised to allow extra time)

Great service and always friendly! Yes, they are super busy at times but maintain their high standard of service. I usually visit the store after 5:30 pm until 6:30 pm (week days) when there are fewer customers. They are great people to do business with!

My first time visiting this location yesterday. There were 5 people in line in front of me. The wait was about 8 minutes. I had the pleasure of meeting Bryenne (not sure if I spelled the name correctly). She smiled, greeted me, was extremely professional and helpful. I had to print out some important docs. She enjoys what she's doing and puts her customers first. It really shows. These days customer service is very important. It's also important how people treat another and talk with each other. In other words, human kindness doesn't cost anything. I highly recommend this business and if you should be lucky enough to be assisted by Bryenne, you will feel valued and she provides excellent customer service. Thank you Bryenne for your kindness, professional demeanor and making me feel important. I appreciate you very much. I will return again.

During this very busy holiday, they were courteous and professional, especially Kim. Patient and helpful. I do have one suggestion. Maybe for someone that has 5 or more packages, have them make an appointment and have one additional rep handle them. When I was there, there were 8 people in back of me and some guy came in with 12 boxes and dumped them on the side to wait in line.

Arrived on the Monday before Christmas at 7:50, number 5 in line. The doors opened exactly at 8:00. The staff members were very kind and helpful. With only 2 registers open, I was still out the door by 8:42. Great place to visit

Before going to the UPS store we used the USPS to receive our mail, however it was not in our own neighborhood and even after several years not one of the workers ever new our names. We started using this UPS store about a year after they opened. The owners Simon, Lorinda and their employees are great. We are always greeted warmly when we go into the store. They take care of all our business needs, from having our mail ready for us to being able to notarizing important papers. They receive packages for us and then call us when they come in. They have been an extension of our business. We recommend anyone who needs to have a personal mail box, something shipped, copes made or a notary to stop by and give the friendly people at the UPS store a try.

I have been a customer of this UPS store for over 8 years. The owners are always friendly and helpful. I have had a mailbox at the store during this time and it is very convenient and safe to have my mail and packages delivered to the store. They always call me as soon as a package arrives. I have also used their notary and other services. There is always enough help so that you are not waiting in a line except during the Christmas rush but even then they put on extra help to make sure everyone is waited on promptly.

They shipped my mothers 1856 spinning wheel to Iowa for restoration and did an amazing job. It required a custom box and very careful understanding of the parts to make sure it didn't get damaged. They did a great job and the restoration company said it was one the best packing jobs they had seen. You can trust them with your most precious, fragile items.

UPS Store on SW SR200 is such a huge help for my business! They offer mail box services and call me when I receive a package. They make copies, let you use their computer, send faxes, do custom printing, pack and mail items of all shapes and sizes. They also offer shredding services. And they are so helpful! Each one of the service personnel are personable, friendly, professional and go above and beyond for their customers. I have been a customer for four years and plan to continue as a happy customer for years to come. THANK YOU, Simon and Lorita for making my mail place a special place.
