I love this Walmart it's a fun place to go and you never know what you're going to find or never know what you're going to find in clearance I should say it's a fun place definitely they have everything and everybody's very kind, this might be the only Walmart I don't have problems finding someone to help me if I do need help it's usually very neat it's kind of one of my very favorite Walmarts

I just want to say that the bakery department is fantastic. My brother was getting married and the place his bride to be ordered their cake from messed it up and then it said would not be ready til the following Monday. The bakery department made me the perfect cake in a short period of time and saved the day. Thank you so very much.

Getting used to this store as we're new to the area. Store is clean and well stocked. Employees we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Will definitely continue to shop here

I just went today and I asked Alexander that was near the bikes if he could help me and my daughter load this trampoline for my son and he said of course! He wouldn’t even let us really help!!! Said he would load it and he was AMAZING!! He helped us so much. He seems like a manager because he was extremely intelligent! Completely changed my mind about this Walmart! I am so impressed!!!!!!!!

Always a great place. Very clean.
Just wish they would have more checkout people for those of us who are disabled.

All I've been doing here is feed more pickups for ministry. But everybody's very very nice. I went to the nail salon in Walmart in Ocala Florida. Pretty good deal but the guy said it would take 30 mins and I was out in 15 seems odd. 30 bucks for 30 minutes that sounds pretty good. 25 for Pedi and 5 tip. I called him gentle Ben. The softest touch. Always great stuff.

This superstore is just down the block from my home. I find that it is always clean and well stocked.
I had stopped going because of the lines to checkout.
I went back to check it out after someone mentioned the expanded self-checkout.
With the expanded self-checkout, I can get in and out without a wait at the self-checkout.
The area for outdoor planting and yard supplies is not as good as other Walmarts I have been to, but overall the store is excellent.

Our neighborhood Walmart Supercenter is quite well run. Usually a pleasant hello when entering and leaving which is always nice. The store is well stocked. Pricing is the best in town. The store is clean and I often see staff straightening items up. I personally do not mind the move to more self check out…for the most part it is actually a convenience unless I have a large order and then it can be difficult for this old gal to manage. Overall, I have to say I hate grocery shopping so for me it’s good if I can take my list, zip through & locate my items & get out of there.

Thomas Elliott from Electronic department provided Exceptional customer service this type of employee is a true Asset to the walmart brand!!

However I can't say the same thing for Gisselle from troc company that spoke to me in a very disrespectful meaner and treated me like Sht when I asked a question it seemed she ways mad about something because I don't want to believe that this is how she a customs to speak to customers.

Very nasty disrespectful employee that has no business interacting on the retail floor if she doesn't want customers asking her questions I feel very sad for employee like this that feel the rules don't apply to them I want to call to Gisselle supervisor to please take a moment and retrain This lady on customer service, I spend alot of money that day bought two expensive TV that day costing me over 1000.00 dollars and been a tenure customer shopping at the same location for over 20 years I won't let employee like this treat me bad so whoever is in charge of this lady needs to let her know that it's unacceptable to treat customer like this, if she is unhappy with her job to resign and give someone who those care a opportunity. Thanks again Mr Thomas Elliott from electronics for being an exceptional employee and making me and my family feel value and not stopping us from believing in the walmart Brand

I had to go to the auto center to purchase a new tire. Staff was nice and also friendly and helpful. Quick service and no long waiting.

Super clean and well stocked. My biggest secret is their women’s clearance I have found dresses for $3

Purchased a New house so I needed some potting soil that was on sale @ 1.78 a bag I got double charged, did not no untill I needed some more soil so I went to customer service. He took care of it so I bought another 25 bags.

Would be great to have more actual cashiers. I don't get an employee discount for doing a cashier's job

The employees are so helpful. I take a 98 year old client there every other week and the stockers have always helped her and me. They seem to enjoy assisting my dear elderly friend, I appreciate the respect and consideration. Also, I notice the employees watching over her while she stand in the check out line as I'm quickly taking care of my few items in self-check out. Thank you for your kindness, I really do notice and I truly appreciate your customer service!

In ocala is the most cleanest and organize one also is not crowded like the other ones that they look dirty and messy , also theres a lot of diversity of people that speak different languages for service is the best in ocala shelf is always full.

I always enjoy coming here. I've never had a problem with someone helping me if I need it. Treat everyone with respect & they will respond. Plus everywhere you go, people are overworked and understaffed, so I always keep that in mind. Lots of customers, but that's true of all Walmarts so I choose times that are less busy and if I can't avoid busy times, i just prepare myself timewise to know it takes longer. But this is true of most places today, so patience goes a long way for everyone to have a pleasant experience.

I am leaving this comment more for an employee at the 5326 store on 200 and 484. Rose at the customer center was amazing. Not only in customer service but also knowledge of the systems she works with. Great employee with a friendly attitude. She is the person you hope to get every time you go there.

This is a very large Walmart. It was my second visit since moving to Marion County. Very well stocked store and very neat and clean. I used the self check out and there was no wait.

All my needs were in stock. Self checkout was open, no waiting. Still challenged navigating the store since they remodeled.

Nice walmart! Love the tall carts, I think all Walmarts should have them! I will definitely stop at this store when I'm in the Ocala area.
