Opposite to what other reviews are saying, I liked the woman. She was friendly to us and interested in our story. Bought a T-shirt for over 30 dollars although I thought the price was lower. Hope it is good quality :)

The Ts were $23-$25 each.
Blonde Russian lady at front counter said “it’s buy 3, get 1 free”. So we got the fourth tee. She said my total was $70-something. Later see my bank account charged for $100.59. Make sure you keep the receipt, or take a photo of the pay screen. You’re better off going to the $5.99 stores.

Could not find the register which is hidden in the store. No one greets you. When I bought a Key West car sticker, the sign said $3.95. Went to check out $12.95. I bought it anyway because I liked it but wondered if she pocketed the add'l $9.00 and didn't give me a receipt. Younger woman with dark brown hair who glared at me when I questioned the price! Tourists won't read reviews. They just wander from store to store so.....

Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Older lady (I'm assuming owner) is so incredibly rude for no reason! She got up from the register to watch us like a hawk while we browsed. My kids picked up a little plastic water thing to see how it worked. They then asked if we could get one and I said no (I had fully intended to get them something, just not that particular overpriced plastic toy). The grouch of a women overheard and stormed over to us and snatched the item out of my kids hand and said "If she's not buying then put it back!" What horrible business!! Don't own a gift shop in Key West if you don't want a bunch of people coming in and looking at it! I understand it can be frustrating with rowdy people or kids breaking stuff, but my kids 6&8 were 100% acting appropriately and just picked something up to look at it! We left immediately and would never spend a dime there! This lady does not deserve any business with her horrible attitude! There are sooo many other places to spend your money in key west and not be treated like trash for just browsing a store.

Walked in and was hounded by one employee for help and when my kids were looking around, the woman behind the counter came out and stink eyed my kids like they were going to rob the place. I grabbed them and walked out.

If I could give it zero stars I would. After looking around and picking up a few items, I asked the girl who works there about the sweater deal 2/25. They only had one sweater on display so I asked if there were others. She told me no but I could grab a shirt to complete the 2/25 deal. I went up to pay and the old lady did not want to honor the deal. She said no to the girl who was helping me and so I asked her to take the shirt off since there was no deal and I had no need for it. She slammed it on the counter and told me to leave the store. She said everything was a deal and if I didn't want it I didn't have to buy anything. I quickly left the store because the lady was flat out rude for no reason. I feel so bad for the girl who works there because she looked so uncomfortable. I would avoid this store at all cost. Go somewhere else.

If I could give this place a negative star I would because they deserve it. The two young girls working inside were pleasantly polite but the old heavy lady was the rudest person I have ever met. My children were quietly looking for a souvenir and she literally kicked us out of the store. How could anyone be so unkind who is running a store with children’s items everywhere. She should be fired!

If i could give zero stars, I would. The older woman, presumably the owner, is extremely rude. We walked in browsing. She got up from around the register. I said we are just browsing in an effort not to disturb her. The lady went off. I was taken aback. She said I don't care if you're browsing. Everyone says they're browsing and i don't care. I didn't ask. All day long that's all people say. I told her with that attitude, no one will want to spend their money there. So, do yourself a favor and avoid this ungrateful merchant and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere. Everyone we encountered in Key West was super nice. She probably brought her nasty attitude from somewhere else.

Avoid this shop! Rudest employee (maybe owner) ever! We were browsing the clothes commenting on the prices. The lady literally started yelling, "This is not a cheap store" and complaining about "cheap" tourists. Very rude even as my aunt bought a $25.00 shirt and some other items. She up-charges on items even though store signage states a different price!

Wanted to share the experience and warn potential customers! DO NOT PURCHASE at this store. Merchandize is overpriced and the merchant is trying to overcharge. Receipts are not itemized, so it is hard to see, but when we recounted, turned out we got $160 worth of merchandize and paid $184.69. Ethics is the most frustrating part about the store owner - we got $5 back in cash as a “settlement” during an argument. Having such a terrible experience, we returned the merchandize, but the owner refused to give us a refund. Transaction cleared the bank even though the merchandize was left at the counter in the store - what a shameless merchant! At this point I can just describe this as plain robbery!

Old heavy set lady was cussing and cursing at almost all customers for no reason, and I repeat absolutely no reason, at all. Avoid going to this store at all cost! No customer needs to be treated like garbage.

Das ist der letze Laden auf der Insel, wenn man negative Sterne verteilen könnte wären die hier angebracht.
Meine Frau wollte sich ein paar Kleider ansehen und wir wollten auch ggf. etwas für die Kinder kaufen. Sie hatte ein Kleid in der Hand, aber weil der Laden in den Gängen so mit Ramsch vollgepackt ist, ist dabei irgendein China Souvenir auf den Boden gefallen. Haben wir vorbildlich gemeldet auch… durften wir zahlen… unglaublich.
Wir haben dann nichts mehr gekauft.
