Maria at the fragrance counter was very professional, friendly, and informative. She went above and beyond on ensuring we got the fragrance we wanted. Maria informed us about the promotions happening. We also ordered more fragrance from her that will be shipped out during their summer bash. I was able to get fragrance for my husband, son, and daughter. I highly recommend Maria for any of your fragrance needs at Dillards at Pier Park. Thank you, Maria, for all your help. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Awesome store with great selection of mens and women’s clothing. Particularly great sale section of mens items when we went. Came here once and returned a few days later with the rest of our group and all were pleased with the shopping experience. Ample parking available and surrounded by other great stores. Worth a visit!

I have had such great experiences shopping Dillards since moving to Pier Park. I also shopped their stores in Virginia and am very pleased with the selection and prices. Dee and Mickey in the homegoods section have been so helpful to me in finding things that match and accent colors, as I am not good at that. They even took a rug off display, requiring a tall ladder so that I could purchase the only one left. They are pleasant, efficient and very much appreciated. The shoe department sales ladies are very good as well and I made a trip to the office to compliment the staff in the store. The management was very appreciative.
We have a great number of discount stores here, but I have always been of the mindset that you get what you pay for. There is nothing wrong with discount stores, as I do shop them for various items. I just appreciate quality!

Found our preteen a pageant dress here and the young lady that helped us was such a joy. I wish I could remember her name she had strawberry blonde hair and glasses. Thanks again sweetie.

We stopped there too look at some bedding and we had three wonderful ladies giving us all kinds of advice not trying to upsell us but just to guide us.
They were true sales professionals!

Shout out to Theresa in fragrance for all her help and wealth of knowledge. She walked around with me for maybe 10 minutes answering all my questions and making recommendations based off my preferences in scent. I ultimately couldn't decide and left empty handed but she made no fuss about the time spent and made me very comfortable to go back.

Everytime I go in I have been helped by a great employee named Tammy who works near the fitting room desk. This most recent visit I have a number of exchanges of clothes I just bought online needing a slight size change. She located the items for me and helped me do the exchange easily. She also managed to help other customers while helping me. Very good employee. I will return

We drive 42 miles for a great shopping experience at Dillard's in Pier Park. It is the best shopping East of Pensacola. Great selections for women and men in fashion and fragrance.

Great selection of brands and many clothes on sale as we get ready to change seasons. All sales reps were very helpful and polite.

We went to find something for my daughters upcoming wedding but I ended up getting a mini facial from Adrianna who was fabulous! Be sure to stop by and see her at the orgins counter, she really knows her stuff!
