No customer skills, suppose to be 10 minutes, was told about an hour, we let her know we will go eat lunch then come back. Came back and she said she was behind she will work on mine now. She told me here you go, I was given a license plate, I let her know I ordered it on the gray t shirt she had right there. She said it’s going to be a little and was going to work on it while I waited, instead started working on another shirt. I told her it’s been 2 hours she raised her voice , I asked for a refund being it’s not done, was told her boss wouldn’t allow it and again was rude. She threw the other shirt and started working on mine. It your have any kind of schedule don’t order anything air brush. Over spray and not worth $28 dollars for this, would give a zero if I could.
