Cool Stuff Games - Miami

This place is great. My boys were interested in Pokémon cards and I took them here to buy their first packs and learn the game. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They took the time to play a game with us to teach us the rules. Every time we go in, they are so kind even though they are just young kids and buy only a couple of packs. My son is now more interested in the game and loves coming here.

Went here just to see first .. it is a great concept .. place is nice and very busy all tables were full .. my daughter was interested the only thing is it’s all males basically … not one female there .. other than that it’s great ! They have different time slots for different games and trading .. I believe opens every day … kudos to whomever invented this … just wish there would be female players there too..
I’m attaching their schedule just so you can see .. the gentleman that worked there in front was very nice and informative too … also this is pretty much adults just so you know not for little kids .. which is fine as I said great concept .. you can also buy a table game and sit and play there .. well assuming there is space .. on Sat there was none … lol

This is the best card shop I have visited in my local area. The staff was very friendly and helpful offering to help us find stuff as well as once they find out what you buy /collect, they offer promo cards and packs to you for free that other shops may hold back. They had pokemon boxes and single packs in stock of the latest set. Other shops did not in my area. Prices are good, many sale items. They also have a nice website for online shopping too. There is a good sized play area in this location and the staff makes sure that anybody that comes in has on a mask that is filtered to keep their clients safe. They offer you one if you enter without the proper mask on or no mask. I even get to do Friday night Magic from home and collect online codes from these guys as they are a Magic partner for the MTGA online card game. I recommend anybody in the Miami area to visit this friendly card shop with awesome staff that make you feel at home. I will visit again soon.

Best card shop in the area! Tons of space, they hold tournaments, very lively (and competitive!) local community, the staff is super nice, they have a good selection of products, and their PC kiosk is stacked! I got a ton of singles I was looking for and for great value, and everything got delivered to me in 2 days even though I was a tourist with no US address. I will make it my mission to revisit every time I fly back to Miami!

The staff keep the store very clean and neat, it always smells nice. The staff Very friendly and attentive. I recommend anyone who is a fan of gameboard and trading card to give this place and visit. Support your local game shops.

Dropped in on a Tuesday for a random game night. Staff was extremely welcoming and helped me find a game. Regulars where warm and excited to teach. Highly recommend a Tuesday Night Board game night. Will stop in again (if I ever get back to the Miami area)!

We recently decided to check this store out for the first time. There is lots of space to play and a consistent schedule of gaming events.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were generous with their time and patient, despite managing many customer interactions at once. My kids left thrilled with promotional stickers having learned to play Pokémon. In looking forward to our next trip.

I walked in and it was a perfect atmosphere. Everybody was super nice and kind and helpful Saddam the manager took care of me and helped me with my card sizes and what I needed and there’s plenty of opportunity to play games with other fun players.

Had fun playing Lorcana and some board games. Friendly people!

Walked in to buy a hard case and the guy was nice enough to give us one and offered us a drink.

A few months back I went here to play Yu-Gi-Oh and I accidentally left my deck at the card kiosk to sell some cards. Came back hours later and some one gave it to the stores lost and found! Great community and helpful staff. Fair prices and kind card players. Best hobby shop/card shop in Miami and Kendall area!

Always a good time whenever I go. Not many places like this left in miami. I'd rather support a LGS then buy from Amazon or Walmart.

So, when it comes to ranking things, there's good, great, perfect, excellent, and then there's Cool Stuff Games level. I love them, and even though I'm a 12 year old who likes to stay at home, I always beg to go there, whether it's to buy something, sell something, or tell the employees they are awesome human beings. Here's a list of what I like about them:
-Stock is great, they have so much more than local retailers.
-The pricing is also good.
-The employees are very civilized, good-mannered people. They are never, ever harsh at all.
-The store has seating for you, if you wanted to grab a friend and meet up for some Magic or Pokemon or whatever TCG you play.
-They also have 2 computers for you to use they're website to finalize orders or look up anything you need to.
-Their buy list thing is very beneficial, and can be trusted unlike EBay scalpers.
Honestly, their only thing that I really think they can improve is business hours. Then again, maybe it's just me, who's a 12 year old and I don't notice certain things because, like, adult stuff or whatever. But I think that it's a great store.

Best cool Stuff in the Miami area, the first time i went i was looking into D&D and one of the employees walked me through all the books and essentials i would need to get started, then she introduced to a group that was doing a intro run into the game. And everytime I go they are introducing costumers into to board games and trading card games they were looking into. Overall the installations are clean and nice, so are the other costumers. Its s great environment to send the afternoon or even evenings playing games. Depending on the day you might find they are running different events and different clientele, but there's always people playing Commander, a fan favorite Magic: the gathering format

You’re crazy if you don’t rate this place 5 stars. The employees are super friendly, great to work with and I genuinely appreciate them! Some will say they can be strict, but they’re doing it with everyone’s best interests in mind. They care about their patrons and follow the rules, like they should! You can count on this store if you believe in fairness. Their prices are fair; their policies are fair too.

Shame on other card stores in the area trying to bring coolstuff down. It’s really apparent which reviews they are!

They have a very helpful staff, willing to help you at all times. They have done well in welcoming the Miami gaming community into their store. Their board game prices are very competitive with Amazon, etc. They are MTG and YUGIOH intensive, but it keeps them in business, so I get it. Great store.

Well stocked shop with great staff and many tables. It seems like there are always events happening in the evenings and it is definitely more geared towards card games than anything else. HOWEVER there's plenty of space to allow for a DND session or miniature game on one of the back tables.
Very popular place to find other like minded people and again GREAT staff. This is where I go for all my brick and mortar gaming needs.

Great card/board game place.
The tables are large, the chair are comfy, and the staff is friendly.
Prices are also fair in the shop and for that reason this place is recommended if you like cards or board games.
