I had one of the greatest experiences a couple of days ago and wanted to share it and give the people involve recognition. I went to Home Depot at 127th Ave and Kendall in which I had a large amount/list of things to buy. In the process of buying all the items, the most tedious was gathering all the paint that I needed for my home. A gentleman by the name of Sebastian and a young girl by the name of Maria Clara assisted me. In my opinion, they went beyond my expectations and help me incredibly. I save a large amount of money and at the same time I also spent a large amount. However, the recommendations were more than appreciated. I truly appreciate their patience and the knowledge that they have and share with me. Thank you very much truly appreciate it.

I had a fantastic experience at Home Depot, thanks to Gladys! After another associate mistakenly took an item I was buying, Gladys quickly stepped in and said, "Follow me, I got you." She led me to a pallet full of the item I needed. It was a simple act, but her prompt and friendly service made a big difference. Thank you, Gladys, for saving the day and making my visit so pleasant!

Where do I begin!?! The manager David Greer was awesome and so were Bina and Adora!! I ordered a Jackery Generator for $2249 during the hurricane tax break season but the website charged me the sales tax. David issued me a Home Depot gift card for the $$$ of the taxes charged. Bina and Adora even called me later that day to let me know the 2nd box of my order was ready for pick up and asked if everything was okay. Top customer service and genuine interest in helping out the customer.
I had an issue completing the survey so I decided to post this review.

The prices are good especially the plants 🪴 area. They have a good variety of flowers 💐 and ornaments. The plants are healthy and with reasonable prices.

Bina was very patient, helpful and pleasant helping resolving something for me. Great experience!

You will find everything you need to work and do something by your self... paint some stuff or clean any area of your home. You should visit the BBQ area, and see all the toys that you can find!

Easy to make returns but the parking lot gets gridlocked. Mikey is very helpful.

Probably the better Home Depot to shop at, store clerks come out to help you.

The store manager provided an above & beyond customer experience. We experienced a blackout late Sunday evening and this was the only store with the circuit breaker in stock. Danny saved the day!! He not only located & held down the part but waited for me just minutes from closing to check-out in order to run it back to the electrician. Thanks a million!!

The big, stocky man on the left is a great guy, a great HomeDepot worker. He gives first class care and solves problems.

Totally impressed with Jonathan in tools department.

I came in to just compare a few DeWalt tools. I needed two, a hammer drill and an oscillating tool.

Mentioned it to Jonathan, and he showed me spent some time looking then found specifically a tool set that included the two tools I needed and on clearance.

So the shout out.
1. Jonathan didn't try to upsell me. I listened to my current needs and realized what I was looking for.
2. He spent some time to ask more questions related to my purchase, like whether I had batteries or other tools to complement the set.
3. He knew the current inventory of the store. Exactly what I was looking for was what he had for me. So he helped the store get rid of an old inventory item (that was apparently hanging out waiting for a new owner!)

Thanks Jonathan. You saved me a few dollars, but most importantly, you saved me the hassle of trying to piece together the tool set that I needed to complete my project.

This is the best Home Depot in Miami. Period. The manager Sandro and the whole Home Depot staff are amazing, kind, very helpful. I highly recommend coming every day if you want the best energy and customer service.

Very clean. Helpful and attentive staff. Always have the tools I need. In a great neighborhood. Always workers in the parking lot with signs if you need any help. I always have building questions, and people in Home Depot seem to have a good grasp on the next steps and what’s needed to complete the projects.
