I wanted to highlight a manager named Juan for giving me outstanding customer service and his great problem-solving skills. I had an issue with a recently bought TV, and he did not hesitate to solve the problem. He went above and beyond. I recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

I don't know who the lady was in the cell phone department with dreds that I met today but she was awesome! Made me buy way more than I expected! She was very knowledgeable and had personal experiences with everything I needed.

I was recently at the Geek Squad at this Best Buy location where Ian and Noah helped me resolve an issue with my phone. I had gone to other Geek Squad locations where I was dismissed but Ian and Noah took the initiative and time to look further into how they could help me. They went above and beyond to be of service and helped me find a solution to my problem. During the time I was there I also observed how they treated every other customer with the utmost kindness, respect and humility.

Coming from a Best Buy plus memeber….Let me just say… THE BEST BEST BUY TEAM IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! The Trio that helped make my experience at Best Buy the best one ever. Giancarlos is a brain when it comes to tvs and let me tell you that man has patience. I was very indecisive when it came to buying a new tv for my room and he helped me out and not once did he try to pass me off with someone else or did he seem frustrated with my questions at all. Danilo one of the managers was the nicest manager I’ve ever met very understanding and helpful with the payment processing. Last but not least Joel another manager helped me out a lot when I went to ask some more question when Giancarlos or Danilo wasn’t there and he treated us with kindness and patience like the others… I’ve been to almost all the Best Buy’s down here in south Florida and this is the Best Buy that I wouldn’t mind driving the extra mile too. ⭐DREAM TEAM⭐

So, this store has a lot of electronic interesting things. They even offer you payment plans in case you can not pay in full. The prices are very reasonable and the attention is very good. Everything is much organized and grouped by brands. I loved my experience there and for sure gonna continue visiting this store.

Great things and fair prices to consider nuying

Mitchel was incredible! He helped us switch over to AT&T and buy a new phone with their Best Buy deal, in the middle of the Black Friday craziness, and everything was smooth and perfect. We are so happy with how he spoke with us, answered all questions, and made sure we left happy! Overall a great experience.

I got there at opening .No other customers and STILL had to find to ask for help in mobile phone dep.
He sent a young girl over who could not answer NOT ONE OF THE QUESTIONS I asked about certain models. Totally disinterested. Appeared board lazy and resentful I was taking her away from playing on her own phone so I walked out and purchase at BRANDSMART on US1.

I was in and out of the store over the weekend because of my shattered screen which in the end I needed a new phone either way. The Geek Squad employee that helped me and his manager were super helpful when I purchased the new phone. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

This best buy has been my go to for tech stuff for years. Until amazonof course. I still go and search for the latest stuff than proceed to Amazon for a cheaper option.

This is my go-to store for electronic devices. Several years ago I bought a stereo system with speakers (and it still works!), both my laptops, TVs and digital camera I bought here.

I do a lot of research before walking in a store to buy a pricey item. The staff is very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. Always great customer service at this Best Buy location hands down.
