CVS

CVS is one of the most useful quick stops. I buy almost all of my over the counter medications there. Actually allpriciate their food selection when I'm in need of something. If I run out of milk or sugar I know they have me covered and it's just down the street. Also a must for Easter and Halloween candy.

Had the best service today because of Menna! She filled all of my three prescriptions in a small amount of time and she always has a bright smile on her face and is always very sweet and nice to everyone! This is why I will continue to pick up my prescriptions from this cvs.

Probably the friendliest pharmacy I’ve been to. Pharmacist was proactive in getting my prescription transferred to this closer pharmacy.

I was at CVS at 34th and Slide this evening when both parties to a bit and run pulled I to the parking lot. The young woman whose car was struck was trying to get info from the other driver when I walked out and noticed that the driver appeared to be having a seizure. The police were called and I alerted the clerk at the register of the incident. She dropped everything and called management to respond to and emergency situation. The CVS staff was stunningly efficient in assessing the situation and taking appropriate measures to ensure everyone's safety. I couldn't leave because my care was blocked in so I had the opportunity to stop and watch as everyone stepped up. From the CVS staff to LPD to EMS and Lubbock Fire and Rescue, everyone performed flawlessly. My gratitude to all involved. We, in Lubbock, are most fortunate.

What’s interesting about this 24 hour CVS is that they have a very friendly pharmacy staff however their retail staff are the disconnected ones( it’s generally the opposite). . I truly appreciate how pleasant and professional the pharmacy staff is 24/7, which makes up the slower coverage/response time during the grave yard shift.

I went to them at 10pm and asked them to fill a Rx order as soon as possible. Richard was incredibly polite, and really efficient. My order was ready in less than 30 minutes, and Richard did it all with a smile on his face. Not to mention the fact that they were busy. Great people, and thanks to Richard for making a tough evening much, much better!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I was struggling with an Acute Dental Infection! I was in pain & I needed my prescription filled ASAP. I went to Walmart and after an hour wait, they finally made me aware that they didn't have it in stock. To top it off, there was no empathy for making me wait like that. I called Walgreens. The location I called didn't have it, but pointed to another location that supposedly did. After spelling the prescription 4 times between the two Walgreens locations, they said they didn't have it. I again spelled it for Raff & Hall and in their usual crude manner they told me, they don't sell it. Finally I called this CVS and she told me how to pronounce it after only one attempt. And with no judgemental undertones in her voice, she made sure it was in stock and invited me to visit their location. When I got there, she was friendly, she was prompt, and she made sure someone in the medical field would be the one administering the treatments for me. Her kindness and professionalism made up for the rough morning I had dealing with those other pharmacies. I am very grateful for the service provided me at this location! Again, as the swelling in my face dissipates, I say THANK YOU!!!
